4th Sunday in Ordinary Time World Day of Prayer for Consecrated Life
This Thursday, Feb. 2nd, we rejoice and celebrate this day of prayer. Over the years, many men and women have chosen to live out their baptismal vocation by professing the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity, and obedience. They do this by joining a religious congregation, a secular institute, or through private vows. We pray for these people and ask God to bless our Church with others who will dedicate their lives to Gods service. All are welcome to a special Mass: This weekend: Sunday, Jan. 29th at 3:00 pm St. Pauls Basilica Come and celebrate with and pray for, these men and women religious who are such a vital and important part of the life and ministry of the Church in our Archdiocese.
