Skills / Experience: Experience in automobile industry pertaining issues as cost reduction projects, vendor development programs, components procurement etc Client management and proven ability to grow customer accounts Knowledge of research processes and methodologies In-depth experience in researching Indian and other emerging markets Ability to handle and manage large teams Training and mentoring Responsibilities:

Head, Manage & Lead a team dedicated for automobile research and research

products Take up complete responsibility of project execution and people management activities Engage with prospective clients across US, Europe and Asian geographies to understand requirements and propose solutions Play active role in project proposal drafting Design, manage and deliver custom research and information solutions Leverage the companys products for driving business and conceptualize new products/services Collaborate with industry associations and potential customers to choose and develop products on new research topics Increase the research and analysis coverage as well as volume of the research products Institute and implement processes for effective project management Training & mentoring the new employees on the Standard Operating Procedures as well as on functionality of various databases & their application in the research work. Training junior managers on approaches and methodologies Reporting Relationship Reports to: Vertical Head-Automobile division Subordinate Staff: Deputy Project Manager, Consultant Qualification: Preferably a degree in Engineering/Statistics/Economics and/or M.B.A. Work Experience: 4 - 7 years
