SOCIAL JUSTICE REFORM

United States Supreme Court

United States Supreme Court is comprised of Chief Justice and Justices who have sworn an oath to uphold The Separation of Powers as prescribed by our United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights to secure each American citizen's civil liberties. The Declaration of Independence is the foundation which the Second Continental Congress has found grounds to repeal the Articles of Confederation. Its framework is constructed of bondage. It can't withstand life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. United States Constitution framework is constructed of liberty. First Amendment has guaranteed civil liberties to choose his or her own personal lifestyle free of religious persecution to restrain his or her morale conduct. Such is peremptory beyond debate. The Thirteenth Amendment is a carryover from the American Civil War that has legalized slavery as a public institution operated and paid for by our tax dollars.

SUPREME COURT MUST UPHOLD THE SPIRIT OF THE LAWS AS SACRED TRHOUGH CHECKS & BALANCES OVERSIGHT
The Spirit of the Laws (AKA Separation of Powers) has imposed a sacred duty upon the United States Supreme Court (Judicial branch) to impose checks and balances oversight over the Legislative and Executive branches subordinate to its authority. Neither branch may overstep its limitation of powers. The purpose is to guarantee that the Federal government may not abuse its scope of powers to serve evil. This means that no public servant has legal authority to deny life, liberty or happiness. Believe it or not but each Supreme Court Chief Justice or Associate Justice is in fact a public priest. This is why he or she has been draped in a robe to symbolize his or her priesthood. Their specific role as priest is to uphold liberty and justice as sacred. Liberty and justice are not antonyms. Rather, each term is a synonym. Liberty simply means to set free. Justice means to set free of pain and suffering. Judges and prosecutors alike have made believe that justice means to inflict pain and suffering. Jesus crucifixion at Mount Calvary is an epitome of his pain and suffering. He was punished by the law because he had proclaimed himself to be the son of God. This indicates that the law is evil because it did not recognize Jesus as Lord and Savior. The book of Esther has portrayed Haman as an evil spirit. He had abused his financial wealth to gain favor with King Ahasuerus. In his mind he had concealed his hatred towards the Jews. Haman had plotted genocide of the Jewish race. The Spirit of the Laws is intended to serve as a safeguard to avert any likelihood of financial wealth influencing public officials to commit evil acts. The reason it has not achieved its intended purpose is because the Chief Justice and Associate Justices have not exercised judicial oversight to estop the Legislative and Executive branch enacting legislation that seeks to deprive citizens' right to life, liberty and happiness.
