Full lifecycle project m anagement from Initiation, Planning, Execution to Closure. * Project Management: Currently leading several Wachovia/Wells Fargo merger-rela ted projects. * Coaching & Development: Coached and supported 52 Operations associates through project completion and Green Belt certification.
