I have the ability and experience to successful take on any challenge! 1976 - 1996: Chemical Bank/Chase Bank: I started in Collections. Within 6 months I was promoted to Assistant Manager. W ithin a year I was promoted to an Acting Managers position. I traveled to office s throughout Ohio filling in for others Managers on vacation. There where (27) o ffices. In 1978, I was promoted to State Manager. In 1979, I was relocated to In diana as State Manager to open new offices. In 1984, I was relocated to Colorado to take over 17 offices that where not meeting Company standards. I re-organize d the offices down to two (2) and was promoted to Regional Sales Manager. In 198 7, I opened start up offices in New Mexico, Utah, Arizona and California. *We did FHA/VA and Conventional Loans *I managed up to 100 Account Executives *Colorado production was 1200 - 1500 Loans per month * All States produced 2500 loans per month. * I received numerous awards for Manager of the Year and most Profitable. * I assisted in the Chase merger/1996. 1996 - 1998: Centerbank Mortgage/First Union/Wachovia: I was hired as a Senior VP and Regional Sales Manager to start a Western Regiona l Wholesale Operation for Centerbank. I established and opened the same States I had with Chemical Bank. We immediately we established ourselves as a Wholesale Leader. *We did FHA/VA, Conventional and Construction Loans. *All production numbers mirrored Chemical's. *Received numerous awards for Manager of the Year and most Profitable *Two mergers during my employment with First Union and then Wachovia. 1998 - 2002: Old Kent Bank: Again, I was hired as a Senior VP and Regional Manager to establish a Wholesale Operation for multiple States. Establishing the same success by exceeding the $5 00MM in production! In 2002, Fifth Third Bank bought out Old Kent and closed the entire Wholesale Operations: 2002: Lehman Brothers/Aurora Loan Services/Broker Funding Solutions: I was hired as the Senior VP and Regional Manager to open and start up Wholesale

for the Western Region. My staff and I knew that this was temporary moving forw ard. Within 6 months we had monthly production to $300MM. States included where Colorado, California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Wyoming, Arizona Florida and Wa shington. *FHA/VA/Conventional and Niche. *Managed 75 Account Executives 2002 - 2004: United Capital Mortgage: I was hired as their National Sales Manager to start up their Wholesale Operatio ns Nationally. Again, to establish the Company as a major player in the marketpl ace so the Company could be sold. Within 3 months, we exceeded $200MM. During th e second year, we established ourselves by doing $500MM nationally. I had the sa me States as Chemical plus I added Florida, Georgia, Ohio, NC, SC, ND, SD, Nebra ska, Indiana and Montana. This was an independently owned Company. *FHA/VA, Conventional, Construction, Commercial and Niche. 2004 - 2006: Due to personal reasons, I moved to Florida to assist my elderly parents. 2006 - 2007: First Magnus: I came back to Colorado. I came on board as a Senior AE! I produced $10MM. First Magnus went through a Senior Management change. I was approached by my Manager, Matt Allison to move. *FHA/VA, Conventional and Niche. 2007 - 2008: WestAmerica: I was hired as a Senior AE. My production was about $10MM. Matt Allison was my M anager. January, 2008 to April 2008: Fidelity Home Loan: I was hired to help established their Wholesale Division with the promise to tak e over as Sales Manager for the Western Region once we got established. I brough t in about 100 loans my first month. On March 3rd, Fidelity decided to close dow n the operation because they could not fund our loans due to warehouse issues. S NMC hired me on 4/1/2008 with the promise of Sales Management. As of today, they have decided to hold off. Because of my work history the last 2 years, I have decided that it is a perfect time for me to get back into what I do and know best, Sales Management. Also, b ased on my 33 years experience, I believe that this is a perfect time for any Wh olesale Company to Colorado and establish a Western presence. 2007 and 2008 - WestAmerica Mortgage - I did $10MM. My supervisor was Matt Allis on (First Magnus also for 2006) 303-475-0672. Matt was also my RMIC Rep when I r an Wholesale Companies. I left due to changes with WestAmerica and an opportunit y as a Sales Manager with First Fidelity Home Mortgage. First Fidelity Home Mortgage - 1/2008 to 4/2008. Generated about $30M in my pipe line. They Closed the Company 3/15/2008. We stayed on-board trying to get loans closed. Mark Hadley (known 15 years) 720-323-6786. Stearns Wholesale - 5/2008 to 6/2009. Sales Manager of Colorado. We where over $ 15MM. Promise was to open a Colorado Office. Plans changed when they pulled the trigger on the old Taylor Bean group (now FPF) and a Chicago Wholesale Company. Of course this made me the odd man out. I was offered to stay on-board as a Sr. AE. At this time; Wintrust Bank (fka: WestAmerica) contacted me to re-develop Co lorado. WestAmeica was bought out by Wintrust Bank. Wintrust Wholesale - 7/2009 - October 15, 2010. Closed the Wholesale Operation o n 10/15/2010. report: Brandon Green 913-515-9201 - I have always been a great Ma nager and producer; it is just that the business has changed so much in the last few years; that it has been these changes and closures over the years that real ly affected me as well as our Industry.Wintrust just decided it was too much wor
