Due to the underlying limitations of the corporate database, updates to t he wine system were via extract. I wrote all the routines to extract the data from the corporate files and load them into a FoxPro database. They were then w ritten to XML for consumption by one version of the wine system or uploaded to M ySql tables to serve the online version of the wine system. One reason I did th e online system was to furnish sales metrics that were unavailable through the m ain corporate database. Users could access and, as ppropriate, update provider i nformation, patient eligibility, claims, referral, immunization and contact information. In support of this browser based system: * Designed and built a unique framework for viewing real time patient informatio n "at a glance", as well as components for creating virtual offices within a hi ghly evolved yet flexible security environment. * Led all aspects of SDLC: requirements formulation, analysis, design, specifi cations, development, code review, and documentation. Was frequent facilitator for JAD groups comprised of members from entire breadth of user community. * Designed and deployed high performance distributed server farm.
