Projects had both site built and precast elements. All were remote lo cations and were completed for the most part by locally available subcontractors and suppliers. Miller Ford Truck Land (1997 to 2005) * Budget: $10M Super accelerated fast track project of a truck dealership with service and coll ision facilities. Project schedule was limited to 100 days. Project was finish a nd occupied in 95 days. Project was also finished within budget constraints.
