EMPLOYMENT Nov. 2008 - Dec. 2011 Uniform Advantage where I have been Administrator of Contr acts and Special Accounts. I was hired for Customer Service in the call center. After 3 weeks I was promoted to my most recent position. This is a medical and r estaurant uniform company. I have done bids with various government entities suc h as the military, state and local entities such as school districts, prisons, h ealth organizations and the general public. I enjoyed the variety of my clientel e and the ability to get to know my clients and have them work with me time afte r time for the past 3 years. I received special recognition for my ability to sp ot frauds and bring them to the attention of of our security department. Dec. 2005-Jan. 2007 National Healthcare Staffing where I was a Travel Nurse Recr uiter. Since this is such a competitive field, I have to know my clients needs and tail or our product to suit them as individuals. I believe the challenge of this is w hat I enjoy the most. 1976-2005 International Sales and Special Member Services, Delta Air Lines I started with Delta in General Reservations, gradually trained for various depa rtments such as the Ticket - by Mail Department where I issued tickets and event ually held an auditing and administrative position. I worked my way through spe cial projects and trained others along the way. I am a great sales person with an emphasis on customer service as well as tailoring my sales on an individual b asis. I have been the president of my condo association for the past Five y ears. I oversee the daily running of my community as well as interviewing new ma nagement companies to alleviate my work load. In the interim, I have dealt with resident issues as well as vendors. My diplomacy and excellent customer service skills have served me well in this area. References gladly furnished upon request.
