    Seek change The world changes, our students change, our schools change, we change.

    But, sometimes, what we teach and the way we teach does not change. Admittedly, it is easier to do things the same way for a while, particularly if it is working well. However, there will come a time when that way is not relevant, when it is not exciting and when it doesnt bring out the best in us or our students. This is when change should be sought, when things should be refreshed and revitalized. Have a think about what you are teaching at the moment, and the way you are teaching. Do they need change? If so, try to find ways to breathe new life into them.
