LOUIS BERGER GROUP, INC. 2002 to Present Project Manager a" San Diego California * Responsible for opening a San Diego, California office and new territory for L ouis Berger Group. Worked on diversifying and marketing new business along with all complete oversight of all projects. * Key project State Route 125. This one of kind in the country high profile, mul tidisciplinary, multi-agency project, consisted of a 12 mile private public sect or facility. Responsible for the highest level management oversight and project certification for the international lenders. This project exceeded 500 million. * Appointed by the Southwest Regional Senior Vice President of LBG to represent Louis Berger Group on all aspects for five contracts currently being constructed at Terminal 3 for McCarran International Airport. These contracts approach 3 bi llion dollars. * Analyzed the constructability, staging, phasing, scheduling and cost associate d with a 200 million dollar complex project. It will allow the reconstruction of the center tunnels of the Airport Connector / Las Vegas beltway for future tran sportation instead of intended rail system. This is a joint cost allocation vent ure with the McCarran International Airport and Clark County. * Appointed by the Regional Senior Vice President of LBG to astraighten outa a h igh profile multidisciplinary project in Carson City, Nevada. Responsibilities i ncluded oversight of numerous disciplines, bringing the project to the final sta ge for construction, and correcting the project billings. This project exceeded 150 million. The project is currently being constructed and the project finances are current. * Results: increased market share/profitability and name recognition to Louis Be

This project was completed on time and within budget w ithout any major claims or disputes. * Louis Berger Group won Major Project of the year in The Southwest Region from the American Public Works Association and ITE for The Desert Inn Super Arterial Project - Nevada. These awards were then presented to the County Commissioners o f Clark County. * Other large high profile multidisciplinary projects included the Sections of t he Las Vegas Beltway and The Strip Corridor. Project Manager - Nevada * One of three personnel which opened the Louis Berger Group in Las Vegas, Nevad a * Project: The Airport Connector -Las Vegas, Nevada - Cost 165 Million * Initial responsibilities included leading a staff of environmentalists to obta in federal approval of all environmental impact statements for a 25 mile corrido r for the Las Vegas Beltway. Prepared and presented all the various feasibility studies. Also in charge of educating the public and private citizens throughout the processes, including the media. Once team was awarded first five contracts for the Final PS&E (Plans, Specifications & Estimates), became responsible for portions of the final PS&E which totaled over 165 million. After advertised, bid and awarded, became responsible for all aspects of all five contracts for the P ost Design Stages. Worked closely with McCarran International Airport staff and The Bechtel Group. * Results: Louis Berger Group - Southwest Division tripled revenues and profitab ility during this time due to our performance and professionalism on the project s; the firm now has name recognition.
