Where, n = number of document of the item up to reporting date, N = Total number of document of the item. So, Total progress for Engineering (E) = (Pj * Wpj)
Where, P = Percentage progress of the package, Wp = Weightage of the package towards Engineering, j = number of package for the Engineering. All the weightage for the issues, item and packages for Engineering has been shown in annexure II.

Each package of procurement section has been divided into tender item. The weightage of each package is based on budgeted value and similarly weightage for tender item are also given as per item value. The progress of each item has been considered as per its stages. The stage has been divided into ordering, manufacturing and delivery. The progress of each item will be calculated as number of entity up to that period divided by total number of entity for the item. The ordering segment has been divided into five packages viz. P2A, P2B, P3, P4, P5. Each package has been subdivided into work items and their corresponding weightages has been assigned So, progress of any package (P) in Ordering = ((n/N)*100) % * weightage percentage of the issue (AFP/AFD/AFC). Where, n = number of entity for the item up to reporting date, N = Total number of entity of the item. So, Total progress for Ordering (OR) = (Pj * Woj)
Where, P = Percentage progress of the package, Wo = Weightage of the package towards ordering, j = number of package for the OR. The Manufacturing and Delivery segment has been divided into five packages viz. P2A, P2B, P3, P4, and P5. Each package has been subdivided into work items and their corresponding weight-ages have been assigned. The progress of the work item is further broken down into different stages referred as stages of manufacturing. The different stages of manufacturing are receipt of Key Vendor Data, Approval of Key Vendor Data, Major material Receipt at work, Commencement of Manufacturing, Complete Manufacturing and ready for final inspection, Final acceptance, Delivery Ex-work, Delivery at site & Final Documentation. So, progress of any its package (Q) = ((n/N)*100) % * weightage percentage of the stage of manufacturing

Where, OR = Percentage progress of the ordering, M&D = Percentage progress of Manufacturing and delivery package, W1 = Weightage of the ordering towards procurement, W2 = Weightage of the manufacturing & delivery towards procurement

Construction and Erection: This section has been divided into three main segment (1.Subcontracting services(Tendering), 2.Civil Work & 3. Erection work) based on its value. The subcontracting services has been divided into two packages, Package 2C & Package 2D. The weightage has been given based on their value. Each package has been divided in to work item and their weightage has been given as per their values. So, the progress of any package (I) = ((w/W)*100) % * weightage percentage of the item Where, w = value achieved up to that period, V= Total estimated value. So, the total progress for the Sub contracting services (SS) = (Ii * Wsi) Where, I = Progress of any package, Ws = weightage of the package towards Subcontracting Services, i=package The civil work package (P2C) has been divided into 13 substation buildings (1 GIS Sub Station and 12 Unit Sub Station).The weightage of this Substation has been given as per its value. The progress of each substation building has been considered as per its stages. The stage has been divided into Earth Work, Piling, Concreting and Other Civil & Finishing Work. The progress of each stage will be calculated as quantity achieved up to that period divided by total estimated quantity. So, progress of any package (S) = ((q/Q)*100) % * weightage percentage of the stage (Earth Work, Piling, Concreting and Other Civil & Finishing Work). Where, q = quantity achieved up to reporting date, Q = Total estimated quantity. So, Total progress for Civil Work (C) = (Si * Wsi)
S = Progress of each package, Ws = weightage of each package towards civil work, i = package. The Erection section has been divided into six packages e.g. P2A, P2B, P2D, P3, P4, and P5. The weightage has been given based on their value. Each package has been divided in to work item and their weightage has been given as per their values. The progress of any package (P) = substations ((v/V)*100) % * weightage percentage of the Erection of that item or

So, total Progress of Construction and Erection (CE) = (SS * Weight-age of Subcontracting services towards Construction, Erection) + (C * Weight-age of Civil works towards Construction, Erection) + (E * Weight-age of Erection towards Construction, Erection) Weight-ages for various stages, item and packages for Construction and Erection have been shown in annexure IV.

SO, TOTAL PROGRESS OF EPCM 7 = (E * WEIGHTAGE OF ENGINEERING TOWARDS EPCM 7) + (PR * WEIGHTAGE OF PROCUREMENT TOWARDS EPCM 7) + (CE * WEIGHTAGE OF CONSTRUCTION AND ERECTION TOWARDS EPCM 7) + (C * WEIGHTAGE OF COMMISSIONING TOWARDS EPCM 7).
