C. Directing

The following are the functions and the members of each committee involved in the project implementation: Budget and Finance Committee -This committee is in charged to canvass and come-up with the budget for the needed materials in the implementation of the project. They are also assigned to collect, allocate and disburse the needed money of the group. - Members: Abejuela, Adap, Baconga Design & Lay-out Committee -This committee is assigned to make the lay-out of the informative tarpaulin. They are also tasked to conceptualize and head the making of the decorations for the physical set-up of the program. - Members: Baloria, Cabanlit & dela Cruz Production Committee - This committee is assigned for the production of the informative tarpaulin. They will see to it that the number of tarpaulins produced will be enough for the intended population of the selected area. Moreover, this group is tasked to prepare and manage the flow of the program. They will also compose a jingle that will catch the childrens attention. - Members: Apita, Baldia & Bumaltao Transportation Committee - They are the ones in charged in contacting the means of transportation going to the area. - Members: Auza, Caling & Curig Documentation Committee - This committee will be the ones to document and collect pertinent information on how the project was implemented. They will be in charged in taking pictures and in recording the things that was done on the day of the project implementation. They are also assigned in the making of the
