SD5197-DVB-C Design of a DVB-C STB

This design is for the low cost SD DVB-C STB, with MPEG-2 and Smart Card support. It gives reasonable functionality for low price. The STBs based on this design are targeted for mass production and usage by cable operators as a simple zapper.
