Is at footings bed concrete completion stage Is under tender process Proposals submitted to the university The progress in construction works has been hindered by the rains, as they did not start works soon after the harvesting of pulses. For installation of barbed wire fencing around the farm, works such as cutting of bore, construction of piles with bulb, plinth beam and stem columns were done partially only on one (eastern) side of the farm. Now, the work is in progress on front side. Further work can be taken up only after harvesting of rabi pulses. Construction of seed processing shed is still at foot level. Foundation (footings) could not be laid out due to water inundation into the excavated trenches. Threshing floor construction is completed up to ground level only i.e., filling of basement with sand (busaka), side ring beam and panel walls. Work under progress
