Once Properly Set-Up, The Current State Can Be Printed Out. If It Is At A/T/C Or In Menu. THE NEXT TIME WHEN THE INSTRUMENT TURNS ON, IT WILL STILL HAVE THE PREVIOUS TIMES SET-UP. This Means That If The Last Time The Instrument Was Set At PRINT, This Will Become The New Default Until It Is Changed. Print Includes Internal Print And External Print. When It Is Set-Up To INT PRINT, You Can Set-Up The Paper Feed And Allow To Print Items (Refer To Example For How To Set-Up). If It Is Set-Up To Feed Paper, Touch PRINT And The Printer Will Go Two Lines Without Printing (Refer To Example). If It Is Set-Up To Allow Print, Touch PRINT, The Printer Will Print Out The Display And Current State (Refer To Example). If It Is In A Menu Of BAUD SET-UP, To Print Current Baud Set-Up Is ON, And Others Are OFF. If It Is At A/T/C, Touch PRINT, It Prints Current Wavelength, Cuvette Position And A/T/C Value. If It Is At C. It Prints Factor, Too. If You Want To Cancel The Current Set-Up Or Select Other Set-Up, You Must Return To The Menu To Make The Set-Up Again. 5 And 6. ESC And Enter ESC And ENTER Keys Correspond To Esc And (CHA, ACC) In The Menu. CHA Appeared At The Lower Right Corner Means Whether To Want To Change, ACC Means Whether To Want To Accept, ESC Means Whether To Want To Return. When The Instrument Is In Menu, It Only Responds To Multi-Functional Keys FACTOR, ESC, ENTER And PRINT Keys. If Any Other Key Is Touched, The Buzzer Will Send Out A Long Beeping Sound. When 2 Lines Are On The Display, The Cuvette Holder Will Not Move. A/T/C & Esc Should Be Touched To Clear The Second Line. Then The Cuvette Can Be Moved. When It Is At A/T/C, ESC And ENTER Keys Are CloseUp. If Touched, The Buzzer Will Send Out A Long Beeping Sound. When It Is At Master Menu, To Touch ESC Key, It Skips Out Of The Menu Set-Up And Return To A/T/C. If It Is At Sub-Menu, To ESC Key, It Returns To The Menu Of The Lower Level. When It Is At FACTOR Of C Value And Initial Wavelength Set-Up Of The Menu, The Lower Right Corner Of The Screen Will Appear CHA.

These Are Possible Options. If The ENTER Key Is Touched, It Can Change The Factor And The Initial Wavelength. When Changing the Wavelength. Push The Wavelength Button A Few Times.

When the Option Of making a change Is Reached, ENTER Must Be touched to ensure receipt of the data. If the ESC Key is touched, It will cancel the current set-up and return to the value before making the setup. 7 and 8 Multi-Functional Function 1:When it is at A/T/C, Wavelength can be changed. Range of wavelength is 325nm to 1100nm Function 2: When it is at Menu, It can roll the Menu. Function 3: When it is at FACTOR set-up of C and in the initial wavelength of the menu, the value wanted to set-up will automatically add 1, or subtract 1, yet it must be in ACC state, which means only when ACC is appeared at the lower right corner of the screen, can the value add 1 automatically. Otherwise, the function corresponds to Position 1. 9 & 10 MOVE SAMPLE When the Instrument is turned on, and after initialization, the cuvette is at the R position. R represents reference position S1, S2, S3 represents cuvette 1,2 and respectively. If touch , cuvette position will move R-S1-S2-S3-R at the same time, cuvette position will be displayed on the screen. If touch , cuvette position will move S3-S2-S1-R-S3 at the same time, cuvette position will be displayed on the screen. When Putting The Reference Cuvette In The First Cuvette Place. 0A And 100%T By A/T/C should be adjusted.

13 STORAGE MEMORIES: The Microprocessor System Will Store The Memory Of The Spectro 2000 RS & Spectro 2000 RSP, With The Same Set Up That Was In The Instrument Memory When The Spectro Was Last Turned Off. When The Instrument Is Turned On Again, All Of The Previous Set Up That Was Last Used Will Still Show On The Display. It Means That When The Instrument Was Last Turned Off, If It Was Set Up At INT PRINT, It Will Still Be Set Up At INT PRINT When The Instrument Is Put On The Next Time, Or If When The Instrument Was Turned Off, And The Wavelength Was Set Up At 600nm, The Spectro Will Show 600nm The Next Time The Instrument Is Turned On.
