Prototype (Proof of Concept) CRM Implementation- GS1 India

Objective:
1. The objective of the prototype is to understand the solution capturing data in terms of the efforts of the team going into marketing and implementation of GS1 standards and solutions. 2. To review the automation level and the processes involved such that it is user friendly and ease for management to monitor the emerging reports.

Sales Management
Sales manager will add new account and view its targets, task lists, priorities, acc. wise activities and sales trends in each account. In Sales Management System, Sales manager can manage accounts across various segments and categories like retail, healthcare etc. This module will cover/provide following functionalities of the different categories of users: Features desired of Account Management Check if it is an existing Account- The account is independent and several opportunities could be associated with it. Create new account Segmentation of the Account, it can be retail, healthcare etc. (pick list) Create or update the business card/contact details refer annexure 1 Create an opportunity and state its revenue size/ subscriber registrations Make the schedule with activities according to opportunity. Objective fields required to capture under each opportunity as mentioned in annexure 1. Schedule follow up in the system Updates, add note, follow up & upload the proposals shared. Execution of the follow up Closing the opportunity Change the status of opportunity in terms of Pending Hot Warm Cold Closed

Reports: Various reports can be generated by the user by selecting specific dates and any of the fields/parameters in the database. The system will generate the sheet with the data display. There should be a feature of graphical representation of the data like bar graphs, pie charts etc. Summary of the account updates, status logs, log against various opportunities associated with the account. These reports could be based on various parameters like: weekly report, region wise.

Basic features expected from the CRM Demo:


Management of master data: CRM to capture companies, subscribers, accounts and additional information such as line of business, products, telephone numbers, email addresses, any number of notes, payment status as well as access to all marketing and account information. Contact Details of the Client: Position, responsibilities, department, characteristics and others (comments) History/Log: Every change of status or update is captured and creates a history entry. Any change can be traced at any time. Sub-agent concept: Setting up of hierarchical structure of limited and unlimited access rights to the user. Data access should works like this: The CEO/GM roles have complete access (add, modify, delete, view, edit, and report) to all data in the organization. The regional directors (Western and Southern) have access (view and edit) to their data and to the data of the sales reps below them. They do not have access to each others data. The users at the lowest level have access (view, edit, and report) only to their data. Communication Details: Customer communication should be stored logging telephone calls, capturing all correspondence including emails, letters, faxes and visitor minutes of meeting. Templates: MS Word- and MS Excel-templates can be lodged or import in the system for l documents such as proposals, campaigns, and reports etc. similarly the same could be exported from the system in excel, word or pdf format for reporting etc. Search: In a simple search, the request is processed by means of a particular characteristic or key word. The goal of a simple search or a power search is the speedy access to a certain data set. Reminders: Customer requests and tasks, which need to be completed, can be quickly forwarded to the responsible department within the company by means of reminders with response functions.
