The importance of writing an process essay is to help a person develop the ability to express their ideas,points of views, and

thoughts. It shows if a person is able to write well and support their ideas with logical arguments. While analyzing my 11th grade and 10th process essay I see an improvement in my conclusion, usage of quotes , academic language, and thesis. In my essay Banned Book from 10th grade my thesis was simplistic and underdeveloped. The book was banned because it has content about sexual assault. I honestly believe young adults should be able to read this book, my thesis specific but it does not catch the readers attention (Banned Book) .The war left a dark psychological imprint on his poetry. Jarrell found a new focus on his writing and a different perspective in life, comparing it to my essay from 11th grade essay Randall Jarrell the thesis has improved, it more develop and its better address, also it has greater academical language. (Randall Jarrell) The conclusion in an essay is essential because it summarizes your thoughts, ideas and your thesis in a new way, but most importantly it gives the readers the last impression. Apparently some parents hope to shield their children by avoiding this topic... At least this book can offer relief that everything will be alright if they decide to tell someone about what has happen to them. This book reflects their experience and offers them hope, my conclusion does have an effective ending for my essay , but I do summarize my thesis in a new way, hoping to give the readers at last impression. The problem with this conclusion is the vocabulary I tend to use. For example alright is not word not categorize as academic language, but considered as slang word (Banned Book). Jarrel showed an uncommon compassion in his topics that he wrote about, he use powerful language to convey his point... his wonderful poems are still something to talk about as well his unique way of criticism towards other poets, in comparison to my 11th grade essay, the conclusion shows better use in vocabulary, I attempt to answer the so what?, It show that my paper was important, meaningful and I give comment concluding the topic. Its better structure and gives the reader something to ponder. (Randall Jared) Academic language is a different structure of vocabulary , which are use in more complex sentences. So many young girls feel frustrated and angry for not being able to tell someone about what has happen to them and they close themselves from everyone else, this sentence could use better vocabulary structure. The words I use are basic and not strong words that are use in writing ( Banned Book). Jarrell did not gain respect as a poet until one of his poems was published.. in his poem he expresses compassion for women, he views them as being trap by society unable to grow as invidiausl, Im demostrating that I attempt to show more knowledge in using academic vocabulary.
