REDEFINE a path-breaking technology from Morphing Machines provides an architecture and a VLSI platform for polymorphic ASICs and SoCs implementing massively parallel runtime reconfigurable application specific processors. A REDEFINE based reconfigurable silicon core provides hardware acceleration for an entire class of applications thus enabling ASIC-like high performance at an affordable NRE cost for a much wider range of compute-intensive applications than has ever been possible before The powerful REDEFINE Compiler enables retargeting existing applications to a REDEFINE application core through concurrency analysis and automatic generation of the hardware reconfiguration meta-data for the REDEFINE compute fabric and network-on-chip. What Skills Do You Need

Morphing Machines is at the forefront of a new wave of innovation in India in creating high performance silicon solutions for challenging applications and we would like to put YOU right in the middle of all the action You will work with top experts in VLSI system design and application solutions in India. You will be exposed to a variety of theoretical and practical techniques. You will also design, implement, verify, and validate complex new silicon modules and related software modules that very few engineers get to do even after years of experience in the industry at large Morphing Machines internship assignments typically lead to final year project work for Undergraduate interns and ME/MTech thesis work for Graduate interns. Assignments for interns are directly related to real user needs in crucial application areas and the real solutions developed by Morphing Machines to fulfill these needs There is no stipend associated with Morphing Machines internships, however, exceptional work is recognized and rewarded appropriately We generally prefer interns with top academic grades in college, however, we recognize that moderate grades and engineering talent are not mutually exclusive. High level of relevant technical skills and proven talent in complex technical problem solving will get the attention they deserve Only students of 3rd Year BE/BTech programs and 2nd Year ME/MTech programs in Computer Science and Electronics engineering disciplines are eligible for Morphing Machines internships. You must be 18 years or older. Signing our Non-Disclosure Agreement and formal consent of your academic institution are required for taking up an internship with Morphing Machines

Strong fundamentals in core computer science and mathematics subjects are essential Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming in GNU/Linux environment is required Interested in systems? Course credits in VLSI design, embedded systems, compiler design, parallel and distributed computing, knowledge of the Linux kernel and device drivers, experience in digital system design using one or more of Verilog, SystemVerilog, and SystemC, and familiarity with FPGAs and embedded processors will be advantages Interested in applications? Course credits in subjects related to signal processing, image, audio, video processing, numerical methods, and wireless protocols, good knowledge of application oriented techniques and algorithms (such as neural networks), and skill in high-level languages (such as Python) will be advantages
