Evidence from the Book of Ezekiel & the Number 430 Warning for 2012 & Beyond- An Urgent Call to Repentance! My prayers are with all of the families affected by this storm, especially those whom have lost loved ones, as well as the tens of thousands of homeless and displaced. I pray also for all Filipinos, as this storm will have grave agricultural and economic impact in addition to the tragic cost in human lives. This storm is also a warning of much worse disasters in store for the nation in the near future. First, let me introduce myself. I am Carlos Montana Nabaeteuo, and the Lord God Almighty has called me as a Watchman for the Philippines; specically, as a prophetic type of the Prophet Ezekiel. I pray that you heed my warnings, for I certainly speak for Him, and read on that you might be convinced of this truth.

Tropical Storm Washi (locally called Typhoon Sendong) came ashore during the early morning hours of December 17, 2011 on the Philippines southern island of Mindanao. Over twelve hundred people have been conrmed killed in the northern portion of the island, many washed away by ash oods, and nearly one thousand others are still missing, mostly in the vicinities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan, both major cities. Tens of thousands of people have been rendered homeless, and ve thousand have been injured. The disaster area, located about 800km from the capital Manila, is normally bypassed by typhoons that ravage other parts of the far-ung Philippine archipelago every year. As a result, many residents were caught by surprise when oods suddenly hit their homes in the dead of night, before dawn on Saturday. The latest news as of 26 Decemberhttp://www.cnn.com/2011/12/26/world/asia/philippines-storm-toll/ It isheartbreaking to read of the ever-increasing death toll. This typhoon hit very late in the season, and it also hit to the south of the typical path for Philippine tropical systems. It is only once every twelve years, on average, that a tropical cyclone impacts Mindanao, so this was a shock indeed especially since it may be the worst in over 60 years. Adding to the element of surprise were the following conditions: the storm sped up just prior to landfall (making timely warning difcult); once over land, the storm slowed or stalled above the mountainous terrain, pouring down extraordinary volumes of rain in a short time; the ooding occurred in the very early morning time which was fraught with great darkness; and, nally, many local authorities did not carry out evacuation orders.

Although this is a tragic and devastating event, it also comes as no surprise to me, for since 13 October, 2010, the day on which the Lord called me as a Watchman for the Philippines I have been warning strongly and interceding for mercy from the Lord on behalf of the Filipino people. I have likewise been joined by many other intercessory prayer warriors, and spiritual barriers have been established in many regions of the country. The news out of the Philippines has been quite positive in certain areas; for example, from parts of Butuan City and from specic regions of Luzon it is clear that the True Church is being empowered. Specically, nearby Butuan City was likely spared from this tragedy due not only to my own prayers, but to those of many others who are heeding the warning of the upcoming Philippines earthquake and tsunami which both Dr. Owuor and I have prophesied. Many people have been reached by the love of Jesus Christ, churches have been strengthened, and the Bible is being read again in these areas of the country. Prayers have also been answered very directly; for example, the dual typhoons which hit Aurora Province in Luzon, precisely as I prophesied, were not as deadly as they would have been if not for the prayer intervention of myself and many others. Other storms were turned out to sea due to the Lord responding to the diligence of intercessor prayer warriors. By understanding that this prophetic dream has come to pass, you will realize that the earthquake/tsunami has also been scheduled by God and will certainly come to pass unless there is mass repentance on the part of the Filipino people! In other words, the Lord God has given me a prophetic voice and obligation with which to warn the people of your nation! I clearly saw the future on the morning of 6 March, 2011, and the events came to pass precisely as revealed. Yet, again, my calling as a Watchman to the Philippines came specically on 13 October, 2010 as I was the recipient of a most ominous night vision from the Lord about a future 9.2 Mag. earthquake and devastating tsunami which is yet to arrive. And a relevant quoteA massive earthquake of historic proportions is coming to the Philippines, and will be followed by a catastrophic tsunami. This event will certainly arrive unless there is national repentance en masse. I prophesied this event back on 13 October, 2010. More recently, Prophet Dr. David Edward Owuor also warned of this same coming event*. Our prophecies are connected via the numbers 22 Revelation and 163 Living Water. My expectation is that this event will occur in days, weeks, months, or even a few years from now. As I will document in a future article, Butuan City is also the spiritual epicenter of the nation of the Philippines, and therefore is representative of the country as a whole. This earthquake will be massive, most likely signicantly larger than the 7.9 Magnitude Moro Gulf quake of 1976 which also triggered a deadly tsunami. It may or may not be exactly a 9.2 Magnitude event. The 9.2 has a profound spiritual meaning as well, which can be written as Judgment on the earth in the Tribulation in order to herald a new beginning. This future event is clearly related to both the 11 March, 2011 Japan 9.0 Quake and resultant tsunami and the 28 March, 1964 Alaska USA 9.2 Quake and tsunami, and is conrmed by these two earlier events as well. Many areas of the Philippines are vulnerable to massive earthquakes, tsunamis, or both. Coastal regions are, obviously, of most concern in regard to the coming massive tsunami. The Philippines is crossed by major faults and is in an area of active subduction zones, making the possibility of an historic quake and tsunami geologically likely. Why? It is the number of days during which the Prophet Ezekiel had to lie on his sides, each day representing one year. He lay 390 days on his left side, and 40 days on his right side, to symbolize the sins of Israel and Judah, respectively, each day equal to a year; Ezekiel 4:4 through 64

At one time, I may speak about uprooting, breaking down and destroying a nation or kingdom;

I must say that she and I have the same understanding of the meaning of this event, certainly. The Lord God is clearly stating that His plan to send a massive earthquake and tsunami to the Philippines can be averted, but only by true repentance on the part of the Filipino people. Other judgments, such as the warning-type verdict represented by Sendong, are now to be expected in increasing doses.

Quoting now my Filipina sister in Christ. . . what I notice in most Christians I have talked to regarding whats coming to this nation, (is that) they are reluctant to accept that there are prophecies of disasters coming because they believe that God wouldnt do such a thing to us, in light of all the good prophecies spoken over the Philippines. (However), Ibelieve when God promises blessings, He also warns of the opposite if the people do not listen to Him and obey. (No) good prophecies will come to pass if the Filipinos remain in the state of apathy, complacency and apostasy, not to mention idolatry. Now, I may have spoken harshly about Catholicism, yet I must say that there is a certain Catholic priest in Cagayan de Oro City who is strongly led by God, and obviously knows the Bible. According to another Filipina sister in Christ, who lives in Mindanao, the newspaper in Cagayan de Oro, a couple of days after Sendong hit, carried a column by the priest which identied this event as Gods judgment over the city for the recent rise in prostitution, improper lifestyles, and drinking. He further states that although God is a God of love, that He is also a God of justice. True, everything the good priest said I agree with. He knows the city better than I do, but the priests view of the city as a haven for immoral activity was substantiated by the view of my sister in Christ from Mindanao as well, who says that prostitution is rampant in Cagayan de Oro City, and statesAll across the land there is much corruption, idolatry, violence/murder, immorality, rebellion and witchcraft. The nation is ripe for judgment, no matter how you look at it. Prophecies have been spoken out, and much of the church is asleep or apathetic. Now that we have documented both the aws of Roman Catholicism and the fact that the Philippines is clearly under Gods divine judgment, lets move back to the current prophecy and the 430 days . . . Typhoon Sendong, occurring precisely 430 days after my own prophetic calling to intercede for the Philippines, is the deadliest event to take place in the nation since my calling was initiated. This is not a coincidence; rather, this is a conrmation that I am to act as a modern-day Ezekiel type in this intercession. I am personally to bear the iniquity of the people of the Philippines! This is also a warning that the massive earthquake/tsunami event will happen soon, and will not tarry much longer.

Here is a word I received from Prophetess Alison Pound on the very day that Sendong hit, 17 DecemberThe Lord says to tell you (Carlos) the time is 1:30am and we are in an extended time of Grace but not for long. He said He is coming to the islands rst for judgment. He said this is your rst marker. The time is nearly up for the Philippines;they have one more short period of Grace extended to them. In other words, Sendong acts, in essence, as a last minute warning! It is obvious that I have been called to bear the iniquity of the Philippines for 430 days; now this tragic event! What does this mean, people of the Philippines? It means that Sendong is a marker event! Clearly this means that time is nearly up, it is simply now a matter of Gods mercy as He withholds the hand of judgment yet another day. It is because it was physically enacted in the history of Gods people. The Number 430 serves as the foundation for the entire art and science of Gematria which is self-reectively established in the identity: Number [Rev 13.18] Arithmos= 430 Indeed, LAW = 430 = NUMBER! In other words, the Number 430 in this case numbers the days for the Philippines, and the Filipino people need to turn back to the Law! The number of days (430) between my becoming a Watchman for your country and this horric storm Sendong is certainly meant to turn you back to the Law, and to the Word. True, we are saved by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ, whose sacrice by His blood on the cross of Calvary cleanses us of all sins. Yet is this truth to suggest that we are to ignore the Law? Certainly not, our Messiah came to fulll the Law, not to abolish it; Matthew 5:17Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to full. What I am saying to you Filipinos is that many of you who think you are under Christ, sadly yet truly, are not!Not if you are living under the RCC system and have yet to be born again. That is why this strong word about the Law applies to you!

Continuing in his letter to the Galatians, the Apostle Paul has this to say; Galatians 3 24Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justied by faith. 25But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. 26For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Remember, as our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Himself stated; John 14:15If ye love me, keep my commandments. To summarize- Filipino Catholics, rst and foremost you need to give your hearts to Jesus Christ. Then, read your Bible, get out of the Roman Catholic Church, and join a local church which follows His Word. You will then begin to follow the Law though you will never be under bondage to it, for your new relationship with Jesus Christ will take away the curse, Praise Him! Is the 430 days of warning over for the Philippines? Is the country now entering full judgment mode? An argument can certainly be made that this is the case, at least after the short period of Grace referred to by the Prophetess. Considering this possibility, taking the Biblical precedent of a day for a year, I thought to subtract 430 years from 2011, as such2011 430 = 1581 And then I checked to see if any important event had occurred in the Philippines in the year 1581. Interestingly, this important book was revealed in the search, in which the nal year of conquest is being given as precisely 1581! Here is the title of this text by the historian Martin J. Noone (1986)The Islands Saw It: The Discovery and Conquest of the Philippines 1521-1581 From all of these overlying indicators and conrmations, it certainly appears that the Philippines will be under full divine judgment beginning in 2012. Late on the night of 18 December, the day after the disaster, I fell asleep as I passionately prayed; in my prayers I pleaded with the Father to conrm this word about the Philippines and this critical warning of time running out for the nation, as well as of my Watchman status for your country. Then, during the early morning hours of the 19th December, I had the following dreamI was living in a college dormitory prior to the start of a new semester. My roommate was named David. As the dream started I was making only my third trip to our room, which was on the 4th Floor, and as I approached the building I said this prayer-

Lord, please help me to see more clearly into the spiritual realm, since You have graciously called me as Your seer prophet I walked up the stairs and, on the 4th Floor, was met by a certain Michelle who lived in the womens wing to the left (east). I continued to the right (west), the mens wing, and opened the door of our room. I greeted my roommate David; then after I saw the number 468 on the interior door I asked himIs this our room number? And David saidYes I noticed that I had two beds of my own [this represents my separate yet related prophetic callings as both Chozeh (to see) and Nabiy (to announce) types]. I awakened with the number 468 clearly before my eyes, and immediately wrote down all the details of this prophetic night vision. The separate womens and mens wings, yet on the same oor, simply reveal that we are all equal under Jesus Christ, and it also shows that we must work together closely in these end times. On another interpretive level, I have several dear sisters who may be personally represented by Michelle, or she may represent a composite of all of them. This dream clearly details a profound conrmation of my Ezekiel calling for the Philippines as I have outlined. Why? Simply this . . . There is only one verse in the entire Bible with a Gematria of 468, and it is found in Ezekiel, specically Ezekiel 11:4http://www.biblewheel.com/GR/GR_Database.asp?SearchBy_Gematria=468 Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man. This is my obligation, to prophesy against the Philippines. Although the context of the verse above was the court in Jerusalem at the time of Ezekiel, as a type of Ezekiel, I am, in the current context, to prophesy against the Filipino people, to call them to repentance and to a banishing of their idols. Furthermore, I am to make them aware of what is soon coming, and that is what the Lord has shown me- a most horric earthquake and tsunami, the death toll of which may approach one hundred-fold that of the Sendong storm. The meaning of Ezekiel is God strengthens. David means Beloved, and Michelle means Who is like God? All are, obviously, Hebrew names. Sisters and brothers, all of the names in my dream connect to this basic yet profound meaning of being, in essence, ordained by God, as does the number 468 itself! As a modern-day type of Ezekiel, I hereby call the Filipino people to repentance and to a banishing of their idols! All the idols of the false, apostate, Roman Catholic Church need to be abolished; do it rst in your hearts, by reading your Bibles, and then shun them entirely. The One True God is adamant about this; and He is increasingly incensed by your following this corrupted religion of man and the esh which has very little in common with the early Church, which recognized that true Christianity is all based on having a personal relationship with your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! If you are a Filipino Protestant, please make sure that you are in the True Church in which your personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the reading of the Bible, and the knowledge that we are now in the end times, are paramount! And if you are a Filipino Muslim, I assure you that it is only through the Blood of Jesus Christ that you will gain eternal life. You must turn to Him and give Him your life. Do not look at the idolatry of your Roman Catholic neighbors and think this is what Christianity is all about, for that is absolutely not the true Christianity! Typhoon Sendong, internationally known as Tropical Storm Washi, is recognized as the deadliest storm to occur in the year 2011 anywhere in the world. It is no coincidence that it struck the Philippines, a country which the Lord showed me (back in late 2010), was under judgment. Please heed the warnings of this article, turn to your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and repent from the very depth of your soul.
