2005 2007 CITA (Community IT Academy) I completed A (plus) IT exam in hardware and software. My duties here were to build the computer from scratch, working with every piece of hardware building it up from the motherboard to the finished product. I also loaded in the operating systems, installed printers, external hard-drives and anti-virus packages.
