COMPANY DESCRIPTION A-d-University Lounge is a business establishment where can students and professors spend their time during vacant hours. This is also available to any student and professor within the vicinity of the establishment. Our establishment can accommodate at least 100 persons, we have videoke rooms were they can sing, a library and bookstore, coffee shops, food stalls, WIFI area, charging stations, computer shops and comfortable couches were they can relax. We have also a mini theater were they can watch movies. Our accommodation fee is ranging at Php50.00 per person were they can relax and access our WIFI service. They can also buy foods inside in our foods and drinks department.

VISION We want to apply the different but more generous type of hospitality and also to give efficient service that gives much satisfaction to our customers. We want also to improve and bring into innovation of our services that will show the best standard of hospitality in the country.

MISSION 1. To promote a unique place for entertainment, recreation and other purpose. 2. To provide a good and best products and services. 3. To satisfy the needs and wants of the customers.

Business Position The A-d-University Lounge was established to promote the unique and attractive products and services for the people especially students that are near in our establishments. The Lounge will provide the all the needs and wants in just one place with a nice and attractive ambiance.

Products and Services The A-d-University Lounge provides coffee shops, charging stations, food stalls, music lounge & videoke room, mini theater, service couches w/ WiFi area, computer shops, library and bookstore. This unique establishment is providing the needs and wants of the people especially students nowadays. Our products and services were giving a great satisfaction to our costumers.

Costumers and Verticals We build this business to help the many students in their educational purposes. Not just as to enjoy but to learn. This is the some of the uniqueness of the business, they may avail our product and services in an affordable prices. Although we know that it is very hard for some students to budget their allowance. We also near in the different universities so that many students will surely reach us.

MARKETING STRATEGY A-d-University Lounge intends to entertain people especially students that on their everyday life in the university sometimes they have their long vacancy hours to wait for their next class. We have chosen this group for several important reasons. It is our goal to be the extraordinary recreational place that offering a cheaper price that will not stretch their budgets and also to relax for a few vacant hours. We are going to promote our business through the following: Fliers We are going to give a flier along Taft Avenue or near at different universities here in Manila so that students be familiarize on our business. This flier contains reality map, our freebies the address and contact number. Website This is for the people who want to see our facilities and different products they can easily visit our website they are to log on to www.aduniversitylounge.com and all about A-d-University Lounge was posted there. Newspaper We are going to include our business promotion in Adamson Chronicle so that all Adamson students can read it and also would be familiarize of what business is A-dUniversity Lounge. Tarps We are going to put a tarpaulins in a commercial are this include our logo and also all the products that we are offering.

TARGET MARKET Our target market is the students and professors especially Adamson University students and professors. We are also accepting students from Technological University of the Philippines (TUP), Philippine Normal University (PNU), Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) and Sta. Isabel College. We are prioritizing students to accommodate our service. Our service is really fit for the students needs to spend their vacant hours during their school days. They can also do their assignments and projects using our WIFI area.
