We are a business solutions delivery organization. We offer custom made competitive market based solution to non conventional business concerns. We offer Data Collection, Data Editing/Cleansing, Data Entry, Data Analysis & Data Management in addition to that we offer skilled human resource with relevant educational backgrounds for market research, consumer research, TNAs, Situational Analysis and Need Assessment Studies. 2. What is your organizations mission or purpose? (Why does your organization exist? Include vision and values if you have them.) In the context of local market unemployment ratio and analysis of fresh graduates available to employer market, a dire need had aroused to establish a platform to offer an opportunity to our youth to get pre job market exposure and acquire marketable skills which would help our youth to have more job opportunities and employers to have a better choice. So here we are focused to be a pre job coaching institute by engaging them in practical business solutions and compensating them with stipends to get financially independent. 3. What are the key processes that are essential in running your business? (Processes are those things you do to develop, produce, sell and service your products/services.) We engage fresh graduates in our programs train and polish their skills through participation in house coaching and field trainings. This process enables us to design, produce and market competitive and economical business solutions/services to market. 4. How many people work for you including full and part-time employees, contractors, and volunteers? We are founding members with diverse educational and professional backgrounds. (Full Time) We have a non official BOD which comprises of market leaders from different segments to help us (Part Time)

We have 75+ graduates enrolled as internees from different educational disciplines and geographical backgrounds which helps us to maintain our distinction in the market (Full Time) We have one senior programmer, one statistician/data analyst and three report writers on our consultant board .

We believe in participatory approach and make our decision with consultation and consideration with all stakeholders i.e. clients, Internees, project core committee. We are very much confident of our success because of following factor We are young and being young is the ones biggest advantage which distinguishes one from others and keeps one beyond limitations and always ready to accept challenges and achieve goals. We are enthusiastic about our ideas and their successful implementation irrespective of time, area, environment and infrastructure which might be definite barriers for others. We are with diverse educational, professional, geographical and ethnic backgrounds which help us to calculate all risks, analyze situations, explore potentials, and make rational decisions while designing, offering and delivering our services/products.
