We shall help Banking and Financial Services Industry to understand the market potential, assess the customer needs, measure the existing service delivery levels and attain the customer satisfaction levels. In addition to that we shall engage banking sector leaders to design and develop a curriculum for pre job capacity building programs and these programs will help us to produce better equipped and ready to serve youth and Banking & Financial Service Industry to have better choice in hiring. We are very much confident of our success because of following factor We are young and being young is the ones biggest advantage which distinguishes one from others and keeps one beyond limitations and always ready to accept challenges and achieve goals. We are enthusiastic about our ideas and their successful implementation irrespective of time, area, environment and infrastructure which might be definite barriers for others. We are with diverse educational, professional, geographical and ethnic backgrounds which help us to calculate all risks, analyze situations, explore potentials, and make rational decisions while designing, offering and delivering our services/products. We have a nos. of successful projects on our track record with satisfactory service/product provision in the market. Our major input is our youth and being part of that we are very clear about their needs and potentials and how to engage, train and utilize them effectively and economically. We are a very innovative business model with a huge market potential. We have good linkages in market and have Non Official BOD which offers us due guidance whenever and wherever required. Challenge How Addressed We are a new business concept to We deliver brief market presentations/ discussions about our business concept and sensitize our potential clients about benefits they can have while doing business with us. Limited financial resources We signed our 1st project with one of our kind client and got approved advance of Rs. 100,000/ which enabled us to hire an office and furnish some fixtures. We five founding members pool our 25% remuneration/salary in capital fund. Inadequate Infrastructure We utilize client infrastructure and offered them discounts against that. We engage Data Entry Operators along with their own PCs and pay them some extra in kind of rentals. We all five founding members use our personal note books/laptops as our official workstations. Linkages with limited clients in Market potential is huge but market we are growing very slow by achieving satisfaction level of our customers one by one.
