In fact, for Objective Statistics to Function, there can only be one, and only one, valid Standard Deviation. This is exactly the position that has been taken by the Soviet Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Sciences. Moreover, from the point of view of Athiest Materialism we all know that Statistics should tell us basically the same thing that our ordinary Sense Experience of the Material World reveals. Moreover, we all know that for Reality to be

Objective and thus for the Material World to be Objective, this World must be Unitary. However, Materialist Science tells, following Humean Empiricism, that Material Science can, at best, only give us a Statistical Correlation which suggests that Reality is Aunitary not unitary. The solution to this, of course, is to come up with a Base Ten number which is as close as possible to 100%, and then use that number as the only Objectively Valid Standard Deviation. That number of course, is one which produces a statistical correlation of 99.99999999999% probability of the real and true. Then, we take 100% probability of the real and true and subtract 99.99999999999%, and obtain the remainder of .0000001. Therefore, any study which uses the Objectively Valid Standard Deviation of .00001% obtains an Objective Statistical Correlation of

99.99999999999%.

Thus, a Study might test whether 100 test subjects can judge that a book

case is a book case, after having been educated as to what a book case is, for purposes of the study, e.g., horizontal shelves which can hold books which are framed in with vertical boards and are capped off on the top and bottom by horizontal boards. The foregoing is required both for

the so called Hard Sciences and the so called Soft Social Science such as psychology, sociology, and psychiatry. Thus, patently absurd Standard Deviations such as 5 (500%) or 10 (1,000%) or even 1 (100%) are absolutely invalid since they include data (or conversely exclude data) which in no way resembles the Model which is being employed by the Statistical Study. For example, with a Standard Deviation of 11 being used (1,100%) includes data in such a way that every person in the World is considered mentally ill. Also, a Standard Deviation of 11 (1,000%) would also basically conclude that an 18 Wheeler Mack Truck is the same type of vehicle as a Volkswagen Super Beetle. In order to avoid such ridiculous results the Objective Standard Deviation of .00001%, described above, should always be used. This rule should be adopted by the United States Congress, House and Senate, for any Studies which they are accepting into evidence at Congressional Hearings. You would be surprised what effect this will have on the validity of Tabacco studies, for example.
