The sector award presented for lifetime achievement The meat counter is the highlight feature of every good supermarket. That wasnt always the case, but the development leading up to that level was moved forward and shaped by individuals who made it their lifes work. So at Anuga 2011, Lebensmittel Praxis and Koelnmesse will for the rst time present the Meat Essential Lifetime Award to an outstanding professional from the meat industry. The winner will be chosen by a jury of experts led by Lebensmittel Praxis.
