Effectiveandefficientleadersarepassionateabouttheirworkandalsoabouttheirroleas leaders. Employees will respond candidly and honestly to an enthusiastic and committed leader. Leaders need to be a source of inspiration and be a motivator in getting work done. Organizations need to identify such individuals who enhance the organizational performance with their leadership skills.
