If necessary, attach additional sheets. On October 20, 2011, Barack Hussein Obama II filed for placement, as a presidential candidate, on the 2012 New Hampshire ballot. In accordance with Sections 655-17b and 655-47 of the New Hampshire election code, candidate Obama swore that he is qualified to be a candidate for president of the United State pursuant to article II, section I, clause 4, of the United States Constitution, which states that No person except natural born citizen shall be eligible to the office of President Through other admissions of Mr. Obama it is obvious that his declaration is false. It is uncontested that Mr. Obamas father was never a U.S. Citizen. This fact is supported by Mr. Obamas own statements, including a book written by Mr. Obama, and a birth certificate asserted by Mr. Obama to be his own. This fact has also published as a true fact by the U.S. Department of State. The United States Supreme Court has defined natural born citizen under article II, section I, clause 4, of the United States Constitution to mean all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens. See Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 167 (1875). Because Mr. Obamas father was not a U.S. citizen, Mr. Obama can never be a natural born citizen under article II, section I, clause 4, of the United States Constitution, as defined by the U.S. Supreme Court. Therefore, he cannot be qualified to hold the office of President.
