RULA Bulk Materials Handling (Pty) Ltd specialises in Pneumatic Conveying Systems for Bulk Minerals as well as silo filling, storage and discharge systems. Rula is capable of the design and supply of various mechanical handling equipment allowing us, together with various disciplines in structural, mechanical, C&I and Electrical Engineering, to supply turnkey plants from concept design to commissioning. We continuously broaden our base to have a total package for the supply of equipment and process design of systems for various material handling processes. Apart from the Materials Handling field, Rula has also entered the field of flow dynamics with dynamic piping systems to not only convey material, but also to handle air, steam and water. Our product range is expanding continuously, allowing us to supply plants equipped entirely with our own designed and in-house equipment.

The Rula conditioners are of a robust design and require very limited maintenance. The dry ash is fed into the unit continuously and dampened with water introduced by means of high pressure nozzles. Efficient mixing, at a high rate, is achieved due to the special arrangement of nozzles and also the slope of the paddles. The nozzles spray overlaps, resulting in a uniform distribution of water, thus preventing the discharge of dry ash at the outlet. Optimum proportioning of water quantity and dry ash throughput is achieved by the installation of a flow meter and by adjusting the Flow Control Valve. Without compromising m aterial flow principles we will design a system to suit the clients requirements. Types Manufactured Rula have manufactured several different conditioners with capacities ranging from 30 T/h to 350 T/h.
