Paint all wall surfaces in Dining area using DURON paint, color #917 (Shell White), type Velvet Flat Paint all Baseboards (windows included) in Dining area using DURON paint, color #914 (One Coat White), type Semi-Gloss Paint Ceiling in Dining area using DURON paint, color #901 (Brite White Flat), type Flat Paint Paint all wall surfaces in Living Room area using DURON paint, color #917 (Shell White), type Velvet Flat Paint all Baseboards (windows included) in Living Room area using DURON paint, color #914 (One Coat White), type Semi-Gloss Paint Ceiling in Living Room area using DURON paint, color #901 (Brite White Flat), type Flat Paint Paint vertical Banister Railing in Living Room area using DURON paint, color #917 (Shell White), type Velvet Flat Paint all wall surfaces in Top Floor Hallway using DURON paint, color #917 (Shell White), type Velvet Flat Paint all Baseboards, Closet; Bathroom & Bedroom Doors in Top Floor Hallway using DURON paint, color #914 (One Coat White), type Semi-Gloss Paint Ceiling in Top Floor Hallway using DURON paint, color #901 (Brite White Flat), type Flat Paint Repair Hole in Top Floor Bathroom Wall Remove Wall Paper & Paint all wall surfaces in Foyer using DURON paint, color #917 (Shell White), type Velvet Flat Repair Cracks & Paint Baseboards in Foyer using DURON paint, color #914 (One Coat White), type Semi-Gloss Paint vertical Banister Railing in Foyer using DURON paint, color #917 (Shell White), type Velvet Flat Paint inside Front Door in Foyer using DURON paint, color #914 (One Coat White), type Semi-Gloss Paint inside Garage Door in Foyer using DURON paint, color #914 (one Coat White), type Semi-Gloss Paint Ceiling in Foyer using DURON paint, color #901 (Brite White Flat), type Flat Paint *use 2 Coats of Paint where needed you, the buyer may cancel this transaction at any time due to poor workmanship or other unprofessional activities of the contractor.

All materials are guaranteed to be as specified and to carry manufacturers warranty. All work is to be completed in a neat and workmanlike manner. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra labor and/or materials cost will be executed only upon written order from owner or owners agent and will become an extra charge over the below agreed amount. Agreements made with mechanics or subcontractors on the job are not recognized. No statement, arrangement or understanding, expressed or implied not contained herein will be recognized. We propose to furnish and install the above complete in accordance with the above specifications for the sum of $ 850.00. Payment to be made as follows:

TOTAL AMOUNT: $ 850.00 DEPOSIT : $ 425.00 BALANCE : $ 425.00 Deposit to be paid at the end of first days labor, Balance due on completion. Contractors Acceptance:
