General Instructions:
1. Ph.D. Degree holder will not be considered for Assistant Professor under BPS system, whereas in service AJ&K University Ph.D. teachers may apply on BPS. Candidates for the posts of Professor & Associate Professor are required to submit four sets of reprints of research publications along with prescribed application forms. Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees, result cards, transcripts & certificates alongwith prescribed application forms or may deposit in person or send by mail to the Registrar (AJ&K University). Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application forms for each post applied with required documents completed in all respects. Candidates may obtain application forms from the office of Deputy Registrar (Meetings) University Chellah Campus, Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir,-13100 by producing Rs. 1000/- (BPS-19 and above), Rs. 600/(BPS-17&18) and Rs. 300/- (BPS- 01 to 16) on University Challan forms available at authorized branches of Habib Bank in Azad Kashmir OR by sending a bank draft of Rs. 1000/- (BPS-19 and above), Rs. 600/- (BPS-17&18) and Rs. 300/(BPS- 01 to 16) in favour of Director Finance & Planning, University of AJ&K, Muzaffarabad alongwith a large size self- addressed envelope affixed with Rs. 50/- postage stamps. 6. 7. Age limit shall not be applicable to in service university employees. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel by the due date otherwise their applications will not be entertained. The services as a teacher in High Schools/ Embassy Schools/ Degree Colleges/ Cadet Colleges will not be counted as experience for appointment to a teaching post in the university.
