1. The UP NCPAG Student Government (NCPAG SG) is spearheading all efforts in the preparations to ALL university-wide Christmas competitions this 2011, such as KAROL FEST, BELEN COMPETITION, and LANTERN PARADE. 2. The Dean of the UP NCPAG has already issued a memorandum instructing all members of the NCPAG Community to be in solidarity for our Christmas events, specifically for the Lantern Parade and our Year-end/Christmas Party on December 16, 2011 at the Assembly Hall. 3. This 2011, the NCPAG SG has revived the NCPAG Singing Administrators which shall represent our college in chorale competitions. On DECEMBER 9, 2011, 1:00 5:00 PM, at the University Theater, the NCPAG Singing Administrators shall be representing UP NCPAG in the annual Karol Fest Competition. 4. The NCPAG SG is requesting your support to encourage your classes/students to support the NCPAG Singing Administrators by attending the Karol Fest Competition. A significant percentage has been allotted to Audience Impact in the criteria for judging. 5.
