Thank you for purchasing in our Go Zone Steel Home


Project. Attached you will find instructions and the
necessary documents to move forward with your single
family purchase. Please fill out the documents attached
to the best of your ability, following the directions
below. We will also need a copy of your PICTURE ID.
Please email or fax the executed documents back as
soon as possible and wire the deposit to the escrow
company, then forward all originals to the
address below. If you have any questions feel free to
contact me anytime. We look forward to doing business
together.

1. Small Rental Application: Please sign pages 11 and


13, we will fill out the rest for you, will need one
per property purchasing

2. Financial Affidavit: Please fill out and sign, must be


submitted to government. One per property purchasing

3. Escrow Release, please sign one per property


purchasing

4. Loan Application, please sign pages 2 and 3, we will fill


in the rest for you. Only need one original

5. Purchase contract: Initial all pages and sign where


indicated. One original per property

6. Pre Qualification Worksheet: Fill out and sign. Only


need one Original

Please wire a total of $22,230.00 per duplex, this


breakdown as follows:

$15,490.00 10% down payment


$5500.00 deposit, applied to investor portion of costs
(insurance, taxes, survey, interest, appraisal etc.)
$315.00 for elevation certificate, required by SRAP
$600.00 processing fee for $300.00 Gulf
Coast Consulting and $300.00 Choice Property
Management to handle all aspects of the program for you
for the next 5 years (nonrefundable)

$50.00 application fee for the Mississippi Development
Authority
$275.00 for Home Inspection at end of construction, by a
third party cpmpany, to ensure we did our job properly,
title company will arrange on your behalf. Not required,
but recomended.

We pay lender fees, title fees and government fees as


long as all documents and deposits are received within
14 days of receipt of this email.

Please fax or email all documents in, then mail originals.

Once we have all of your original documents and funds


are received we will send you back a fully executed copy.
Adrian Rabeiro will then assist you in lot assignment and
financing.
