Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir (SSRVM) Trust was founded by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishankar as a not for pro? t but as a spiritual based educational trust to impart value education in a stress- free and student friendly environment. Registration fee (On Non Residential Basis) Corporate Professionals: Rs.1,000/Faculty/Research Scholars: Rs.600/Students: Rs.250/Fees include Lunch and tea/coffee during break sessions and a delegate kit. The fees for the event should be paid by DD in favor of Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies payable at Margao (By Speed Post / Courier only) Latest by: 11th November, 2011. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

We invite papers that are relevant in today's global business world which include and are not limited to the following 3 panels Panel 1: Finance (includes Banking, Insurance, Micro finance, Capital Markets etc) Panel 2: Economics (includes both Micro and Macro Economics) Panel 3: Applied Business (includes Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, International Finance, Entrepreneurship, CSR, etc) The above list is only indicative in nature. Authors should clearly indicate the panel number on the abstract and on the final submission. These papers should make a contribution to the corporate world.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Date: 26th November 2011.

Abstract
Should be submitted as a 2 page document (MS-WORD 2003/ . 2 0 0 7 ) . Should be double-spaced, in Times New Roman Font size of . 12 on A4 sized paper. The first page should contain details of the Panel Number, Author's Name, Affiliations and . contact details. The following page should contain the Title (Times New Roman Font 18) followed by a . 500 word abstract. . Last date of Submission : 26th September, 2011.

Final Paper Each paper should have a title page that contains the Paper title, Authors' name, Affiliations and Contact Details.
The name of the author or their institution should not appear any where else in the paper. Paper should be double-spaced, in Times New Roman Font size of 12 on A4 sized paper. The number of words of the paper should be between 3000 to 5000 words in MS-WORD (2003/07) Pages should be numbered consecutively in the lower right hand corner of the paper. References and Bibliography should appear at the end of the paper. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any paper without assigning any reason. Kindly check the papers for spelling and grammatical errors before submitting.

Goa is well known for its beautiful sun caped beaches, clear white sand and top of the line luxurious hotels. Goan heritage comes from many old churches, temples, mosques and museums spread over the entire state of Goa.

In order to give due recognition to the inquisitiveness and creativity of 'Finance Brains', we are organizing BHRUTI - a National Level Paper Presentation Event. This endeavor is taken to provide a platform to the potential researchers and scholars to demonstrate and further hone their skills. The event is expected to be a liaison of corporate professionals, academicians and students.

SSIMS is located in the heart of Margao city, the commercial centre of Goa. The city is connected to therest of India via road (NH-17), rail (Konkan Railway Station) and air (Dabolim International Airport approximately 30 Kms away).
