factors that have influenced your personal development. Cive examples when

was born in Kanpur, UP on 23th November 1384, in a middle class conservative
family. Ny father is an assistant engineer in C.P.W.D and my mother is a home
maker. did my schooling from St. Crispin's senior secondary, a Hindi medium
school located in Curgaon, Haryana. After passing senior secondary exam in Non
medical stream chose to do a Bachelor of Technology in Computers from National
nstitute of Technology -Kurukshetra. The computer engineering degree that
underwent has imbibed my aptitude to make things work and has appended to my
attentive and observant elegance. n final year of graduation was one of the two
who got a placement in a fables semiconductor company called Conexant System.
made a high impact contribution to the success of broadband media processing unit
of Conexant. Board of Director of Conexant granted me 630 share option awards
and recognised my insight, dedication and exemplary contribution. was entrusted
with a responsibility to complete execution of offshore project at HCL Technology.
visited client location in Oldsmar, Florida, US for study and review the ongoing
project. After completing many technical projects in T industry started my own
start up firm Trading Curu", a small firm providing financial and trading solution,
with one of friend. This time realised that need to learn best insight of various
aspects of business. Thus, chose N Ahmadabad to do Post Craduate Program in
Nanagement. am very positive and optimistic person. started from nothing and
reached till this point. have always set certain goals and endeavoured to
accomplish them. These have then served as a base to take on a greater challenge.
Perseverance, Courage, honesty and optimism are my core values. am very strong
believer in whatever do in life. think, Success belongs to those that believe in it
the most and believe in it the longest. 'm going to believe.

worked upon in the last one year. Why do you feel the above area was an
improvement area for you? How did you identify the improvement area? What did
you do to improve yourself in this area? Do you think you have achieved your
objective? What makes you think so?

1) feel that my people skills are fairly well developed and feel there's scope to
carry out that side of my duties even better

2) can't do multitasking, it's my shortcoming. Once involve in one task just
can't think about anything else. For example could not prepare for CAT when
was working in a company that is why quit my job for CAT preparation.

3) am little bit bigoted at times. f make up my mind it will be very difficult to
change.

During introspection realised that these are the areas of my improvement. put
lot of conscious effort to understand others and interact with as many people as
possible when required. think, have achieved considerably in first and third but
multitasking is still an issue. want to do a few things but to do them perfectly.

. What do you think are your major strengths? How would these help you your
professional life?
What 'd bring to the job are very, very good organizational skills. 'm strongly
Notivated, 'm highly committed, very much a selfstarter. feel that my
people skills are fairly well developed and feel there's scope to carry out that
side of my duties even better. can also work with a group of people. know that
can motivate them in a manner that is good for the company. And ! firmly
believe that the combination of my people skills and my organizational ability
is the right combination of skills to do this job really well.

. Do you think that your academic results were a true reflection of your academic
abilities? Please elaborate.
Academics on one side, have been shouldering responsibility right from the age of
14 as the unopposed leader of the class and in college as an organizer photography
club and the active member of the Students activity centre. The college and
companies entrusted me with ]obs of higher responsibility and my efficacy and
creativity impressed one and all of them in last few years.

S. What do you consider to be your most significant professional / academic

achievements and why?
The computer engineering degree that underwent has imbibed my aptitude to
make things work and has appended to my attentive and observant elegance. As an
engineer, learnt the techniques of performing tasks in the most simple,
uncomplicated and economical way.

. Could you share with us one experience in your recent past, wherein you were
placed under a lot of stress and how you handled that situation?
On 1Sth Narch two days before my N A nterview, Ny manager asked me to solve
a system crash, which can cost the project if not solved. was on ETPC team and
crash was coming from platform side but the person working on platform side code
was not available so he asked me to take the responsibility and release the code
with the fix. nitially, imagined this would be rather taken a few hours but it
turned out to be among the most challenging problem have ever solved.
starched 36 hours to solve this problem keeping in mind that my NA interview on
next day. Hours before solved this problem were very stressful but know
panicking would not help in this situation and keep my cool and ultimately solve
the bug well before my interview.

. What do you believe has been the most important decision that you've made (work
related or personal) in your life so far? What were the major factors that you took
into consideration and what have been its consequences? f you look back on it
now, would you've done anything different?
Last year November, quit my job for CAT preparation. had decided that this
would be my last chance so had to put my best effort and did. With ambivalence
feeling whether should fulfil my job obligation or to develop new skills required for
CAT. was contemplating and realised that would neither do any good for my
company nor for myself if were not or satisfied and happy. Thus, decided to quit
my job take CAT and CNAT and look for job after the exam.

1. What are your long term (3 years S years) and short term (1 year 2 year) goals
in life?

n short term want to learn best insight of various aspects of business. Work with
the best in the trading industry and get international exposure for at least 2 years.
Then in 3 to S years want to see myself in position where can execute my ideas
with more conviction and power.

2. What are the three most important values/personal motivations that guide your
thoughts and actions? How would these define your career aspirations?
think continuous improvement, perseverance, and optimism are three values
that guide my thought and action. don't like boring, tedious work love to take
on challenging tasks. 'f someone says ! can't do something, 'll go and do it
anyway. don't know but it gives me so much motivation and energy to
accomplish the task.

a. Narketing
Narketing is regarded as the most important element in the growth of any
company. Therefore, a career in marketing can be very challenging and
rewarding at the same time. have vision and passion to move up the
career leader and this aspect of always in thrilled me.

Finance is most important aspect of business. have started starup that
provides financial and trading. have very strong analytical and quantitative
skills. Trading is almost like a hobby. want to build my career in finance to

The essence of management consulting is to help a client obtain information
and advice which leads to real and lasting solution of a problem. am able
to step into ambiguous, sometimes hostile situations and sense what
changes need to be made. 'm driven by ideas and a strong desire to have a

All companies, nonprofits, and other organizations have some form of

During Device driver implementation of ATSC Tv tuner card in Linux kernel 2.4.22,
we faced a problem to load ATSC tuner firmware code to memory address but
Kernel 2.4.22 does not provide that feature(AP was not available). We spend some
time to find out alternative solution but failed then thought instead of why not we
keep this firmware as an array and write it to destine register at run time. told this
solution to my manager and he asked few question regarding code segment
memory. explained him as well as client that we are using it as const and board
have enough RAN handle to accommodate it. Client agreed to the solution and we
did major breakthrough in project.

S. Could you explain to us how were you able to handle a recent situation wherein you
faced a dilemma between you ethics S integrity and achievement of crucial
desired result?

n N A interview, was asked a question about why left my previous jobs. told
them exact reason without fear of failure even though coaching institute warned me
to do that. told the truth and defend my stand and see now 'm here studying in
NA.
