Tixati License Agreement Please read and understand this license agreement fully before using the Tixati software. This is an agreement between you, the end-user, and Tixati Software I nc., the publisher of the Tixati software (also referred to in this agreement as 'the software' or 'this software'). By installing and/or using this software y ou are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this license agreement, the software may not be used and must be removed from your computer. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON LUDING WARRANTIES THAT IT IS PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. This software may be used for personal non-commercial purposes only. ALL OTHER USES OF THIS SOFTWARE ARE EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN. You acknowledge that this software contains trade secrets. THE END USER MAY NOT: (i) modify or create any derivative works of the software or documentation, including translation or localization; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the s oftware; (iii) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or otherw ise transfer rights to the software; (iv) remove or alter any trademark, logo, c opyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the softwar e. This license will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply wit h any provision of this license. Upon termination you agree to destroy all copi es of the software in your possession. This license shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the province o f Ontario, Canada without reference to its conflict of law principles. In the ev ent of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and Canadian l aw, rules, and regulations, Canadian law, rules and regulations shall prevail an d govern. The United Nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods shall not apply to this license. If for any reason a court of compete nt jurisdiction finds any provision of this license or portion thereof to be une nforceable, that provision of the license shall be enforced to the maximum exten t permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of th is license shall continue in full force and effect. Tixati, the Tixati logo, and all trademarks, service marks and trade names of Ti xati appearing in the Tixati software or the Tixati.com web site are owned by Ti xati Software Inc. Tixati trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names may

not be used in connection with any other product or service, or in any other ma nner that is likely to cause confusion.
