The System of Education: Modeled on the western system the results have been so successful that the Education Ministry of Azerbaijan is striving to implement the system throughout the country. Information System & Internet: The University is fully equipped throughout all of the departments with 1st quality high specification computers and internet access. In all walks of life the modern world demands computer skills therefore training for computer skills commences at Qafqaz at the earliest time in all departments. As well as dedicated computer rooms / laboratories, students have access to a general computer room throughout the day. Library: Qafqaz University library has established a unique relationship with libraries throughout the world giving its students access to a rich source of books, periodicals and magazines. The University has memberships from online research databases such as ScienceDirect, EBSCO, Oxford Reference Online, Bioone by which students can access thousands of online academic journals. Extracurricular Activities: Students have a wide range of activities to choose from that includes sports, traditional dance and theatre. Societies and clubs in a wide field of interests are organized and run by the students themselves. Health Services: All students have access to free medical examination by qualified doctors at the Campus Medical Centre. Student Life in Baku: Is varied and lively to say the least. Private dormitories are available to all Qafqaz students. The campus hostel situated in nearby Sumqayit is also available. A university bus service is provided to transport students to and from the hostel. Monthly average cost of living for a student in Baku is around USD 250. Traveling to Baku: Baku is home to a modern international airport with access to the world. Local transport services are integrated in such a way as to make traveling around the city easy and convenient. A ferry service operates between Baku, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.

ISO Certificate: Qafqaz University is the first university that obtained ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management Certificate in the region and according to the State Student Acceptance Committee Qafqaz has been the most preferred university at entrance examinations each year since its foundation.
