The Scotgrip SignAlert safety marking system is proven to be an effective method of warning personnel of any hazards/hazardous areas which they may be exposed to and also as a reminder to think of safety at all times. The SignAlert system can be added to virtually all Scotgrip anti-slip safety products the most popular being stair nosings/treads, Kicker Treads and tiles.
We feel that it would defeat the purpose to have SignAlert on every step as there would be too many messages, therefore we would recommend SignAlert to be placed at the first and last steps, possibly the middle step depending on the stairway size. SignAlert can be of any description and can incorporate the clients company logo to create a more positive impact with regards to the safety messages given. All Scotgrip products with the SignAlert safety marking system incorporate the unique Scotgrip high-traction

quality controlled conditions comprising of a reinforced composite base and a graded aggregate surface. As a Scotgrip quality standard, these products are fire rated, spark and friction tested.

Scotgrip SignAlert safety products are designed for quick and secure fitting, either by mechanical fixings or bonding to existing surfaces. These products are pre-drilled where required for quick installation. Scotgrip products are non-load bearing and must have a suitable underlying structure to be secured to.
