COURSE SYNOPSIS: Through this course students will be introduced to the basics skills of hockey, the concepts of progression, planning and organizing in teaching the skills. The course will require students to apply both theoretical and practical application in terms of the laws of the game, skills and strategy planning in a hockey match and competition. LEARNING OUTCOME: 1. Able to show and perform basics skills in hockey with appropriate technique (P4, CT2) 2. Effective communication during skills practice and demonstration, and teamwork/ cooperation within the team (A3, CS3) 3.
