Check-in counters open 3 HOURS before scheduled departure and close 60 MINUTES before scheduled departure. All passengers must possess a v alid Passport and Visa f or International Trav el.For Domestic Trav el, passengers must carry a v alid Photo ID. Please carry this receipt when reporting f or the f light. CANCELLATION CHARGES 35% of the basic f are + transaction f ee if the cancellation is made 10 day s or more prior to the scheduled departure of the f light. 50% of the basic f are + transaction f ee if the cancellation is made between 9 day s and 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the f light. ONLY TAXES will be ref unded if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the f light. Only Taxes will also be ref unded if the passenger is also a NO SHOW on the f light. Though Change of Booking to another date/sector is permitted upto 12 hours prior to y our booked f light at a nominal charge of Rs 450/- or its equiv alent in local currency . The passenger will hav e to pay the dif f erence in f are if the applicable basic f are is greater than the current basic f are. Howev er, if the applicable basic f are is less than the current basic f are, the dif f erence in amount will not be ref unded to the passenger. Also, in case the applicable taxes are higher, the dif f erence in tax amount will also hav e to be paid by the passenger. If the applicable taxes are lower, no ref und will be giv en. The ref und will be made in the same mode of pay ment as used while booking.For 'Cash' pay ment, the ref und can be processed by cheque. As prov ided in Air-India Express's Regulations,certain f ares may hav e conditions,which limit or exclude the passengers right to change or cancel reserv ations. Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice. In case of circumstances bey ond its control, Air-India Express may without notice,cancel,reschedule or reroute a f light.In such cases when the f light is cancelled or delay ed by more than 3 hours, Air-India Express shall either: Carry the passenger on another of its scheduled passenger serv ice on the same sector,prov ided space is av ailable,OR Make a f ull ref und of the ticket with no f urther liability to Air-India Express.(The passenger will be required to collect the ref und f rom the point of purchase.) Air-India Express is strictly a 'point to point' Airline.It does not take any obligations or responsibility f or tranf er/connections of passengers or their baggage to other f lights,whether operated by Air-India Express or another carrier.Air-India Express is not liable f or any losses or expenses arising out of any f ailure to board a planned connection.On cancellation or delay of its f light due to unf oreseen circumstances Air-India Express will not prov ide f or accomodation nor will it prov ide or arrange f or alternate mode of trav el. ** Passengers are requested to obtain the VISA ON ARRIVAL message bef ore arriv ing at the airport f or Check In of their Flight unless they are carry ing the original Visa with them.** We will endeav or to meet all seating requests, although these cannot be guaranteed as we may f ind it necessary to change y our seat f or operational, saf ety or security reasons. On rescheduling of f light onto another Flight/Date or sector by the passenger the seat conf irmation on the earlier f light would not be carried f orward to the new f light. Passenger will need to now select a f resh seat on the new rescheduled f light. There would be no ref und f or the seat selection of the earlier f light.
