This project gives a brief idea about the production house of Indore. The variety of services given by them which include making ads, documentaries, preparing portfolio and a lot. This company is at initial stage so they are giving their best to make their step in this service sector.

MANTAVYA production starts in Feb. 2010.It began as one room Company where 4 partners from different streams come together. Some of them belong to production unit of Mumbai, some worked in Ramanand Sagar production, some works as copy writer in Delhi. All these come and starts their own venture in Indore As Mantavya. Now it is well established production house completing its one year of successs. BUSSINESS:Their business includes Shooting of ads, jingle production, portfolio designing both audio and vedio, voice over, documentaries etc In this one year they have their turn over of about 2.5 lakhs and having much more day by day. CUSTOMERS:They are focus to documentary production and made several of it for Indore customers. Some of the customers for whom they prepare ads or documentaries are:

Maharaja Ranjeet Singh COllge Delhi public school Mahidpur wala furnitures Morni sarees Virtual vogue Shiors pub Kothari jewellers etc Inspite of there clients out of Indore are also approaches them and they are preparing portfolio of them. COMPETITORS:Mantavya is at present at SEVENth position in Indore in this service sector. KEY PEOPLE:It has 5 main faces by which the company is know. They are 1 RAHUL JAISWAL (director) 2 VIVEK GANGELE ( art director) 3 PRADEEP THAKUR (marketing head) 4 KULDEEP DAMOR (cinematograher) 5 KRISHNA NANDAN (script writer) BEST OPERATION:In documentary, the work done for Sriparth marketing pvt. Ltd was their best production of the year and in ads The ad of Virtual vogue was their major operation.

MARKETING MIX ANALYSIS


Mantavya is emerging production house so they are mainly focused on Indore clients to establish themselves so their main target group is indore business people. They segmentised their house as for best documentary production house as they are mainly specialised in documentary making. So they target those who wanted outstanding documentary films for their ventures. The pricing of ads are decided as per duration of ads and number of days for shooting. As this is new venture they have to hire all set up for shoot so they make charges of that in advance as half payment. They are charging as minimum as possible to grab customers. The ad which cost almost 2 lacs in Mumbai is prepared by them in mantavya in just 35000 at same quality level. They are not doing major promotional activities as their work at TV or print are doing the same. Moreover they display a complete series of their work In C_-21 mall which can be considered as their promotional activity.

STATEGIC ISSUES ANALYSIS:To improve service effectiveness or efficiency they are taking several steps as they are known for their quality and freshness in their work. For improving quality they are using hi tech cameras and also innovates new ideas of ads and gives a different types of copy write to each ad. To increase productivity they are trying to approach out side indore also. They are now also taking care of clients of national levels. They are using best and hi tech technology for through the use of high definition cameras and other equipments As they are new in this feild now they trying to grab more and more customers so they making efforts to maintain current customers with the involvement of new one.

CONCLUSION:In one year of life span Mantavya progressed alot. They prepare some types of ads which are never introduced before as of Virtual vogue. Being a young and energetic team they are covering all area of production and providing best work to their clients Though the company has facing problem as at Indore level they are not gaining clients at fast speed may be because of awareness of people at this level. They have to drag client or convince client the importance of advertisement in Indore. Another drawback is that all the partners are young and fresher to this feild so they dont have span of experience in this. Though they all are related to this job for years at different places but they lack a experienced person whose contact making is worthful. The fresher have to face trust suspect also from the clients. So may be they are facing problems relating to it.

LEARNING:From this study it is came to know that how a production house work, what are the challenges they are facing at Indore level and what are the opportunities in this feild also. There is a great scope in production unit also where we can prove ourself.
