During recruiting process company should offer w.r.to the standard norms only and not the moon for grabbing the people. Company should adopt the standard norms for employee designations and salaries with respect to their qualifications and experience. Introduction to the company/job profile in a better way will make the employee feel onus of this organization. Impart professional training in planning / scheduling tools before induction. Allocation of official mail IDs to the key employees for fast and effective communication. Standard Procedures should be established from the earliest stage for all concerned departments as company already has ISO certification. Key Departments (Planning, etc.,) should be provided with facilities to maintain confidentiality. Should have the employee performance review in regular intervals from HO. Companys own web-portal should be established. So that every employee can have access to the information required from other departments. Company should frequently alter the outlook passwords to prevent unauthorized access. If company takes care of employees personal problems and the same will reciprocate to the organization.
