To provide a comprehensive planning service to all departments within the Miskar and Hasdrubal Assets to ensure that maximum efficiency is achieved safely and cost effectively utilising available resources. The jobholder will report to the Lead Planning Engineer/ Production Services Manager

Key Accountabilities

The jobholder should: Co-ordinate between all disciplines for the execution of multidiscipline works prior to issue of work plans. Administer the EIR and CN/ECM submission, approval and close out process, including the recording of historical data. Update and issue the Ops Asset Integrated Plans Update and issue the weekly Miskar bedding plan. Create and generate Key performance indicators from the data above to be used by management to assess Departmental and Operations Performance. Prepare and integrate shutdown plans for all workgroups including Maintenance, Engineering, Asset Integrity & Projects with direct and indirect labour, materials, and other support services.

Monitor progress on all work programmes identifying areas of slippage and initiating corrective action. Assist in the preparation of the Opex, Capex and Sundry Budgets. Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts for the same. Produce Labour plans for shutdowns, major changes and Project activities. Support the Project team members to prepare, issue and review plans for all new and existing projects.

Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute

Confirmed experience within the petroleum and gas environment with extensive working experience in the offshore environment. Experienced with Operation of Compressors and turbine. Good knowledge of the offshore safety systems and equipments. Experience in implementation and development of manual and computerised systems for Preventive Predictive Maintenance, shutdown and major projects works. Competency in Primavera P6, Sure track, Microsoft Project, Maximo, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access. A high level of accuracy and problem solving ability arising from the need to constantly manipulate a wide range of diverse activities. The ability to interface with all departments, each with a singular view of their own priorities and differing individual deadlines to meet. Working in an environment where it does exist several interdependent key elements, which are subject to alternation at short notice, and any one of which can have a significant effect on the plans engineered or in the process of being engineered. Desirable: Databases, SQL Analysis and reporting systems; Project Management and Risk Analysis systems.
