Today there are many resources available to a person looking for a job. Newspapers contain advertisements of job openings. The jobs are arranged in order of job title, such as mechanic, nurse, server, and tailor. Employment agencies can also help a person find a job. The Employment Security Commission can help a person find a job in his or her city. There are temporary employment agencies that can find a person a job for a few days or weeks. A Persons friends can also help him or her find a job. Many times a friend will let you know if there is an opening at his or her workplace. Finally, many colleges have a Career Development Office. Local employers will notify this office of job openings, and the college will provide the workers. A person looking for a job should use all resources available to him or her.
