Abstract
Paper is a sheet of interlaced usually cellulose fibers from plants, but sometimes from clothe rags, or other fibrous materials that is formed by pulping the fibers and causing them to felt or mat to form a solid surface. Eco - Nonbiojuper Frame is made to replace the high class and most classic frames that are sold in malls that is so expensive. This project is made of paper, plastics and various things that are not biodegradable that cut into small pieces that paste together to produce new designs that is acceptable to the eyes of people. The highlight that will give color to the product is the varnish. Any color of varnish is acceptable. The materials are proven non biodegradable such as junk food wrappers, papers and many kinds of plastics because they NOT break down (or won't for many years).

Introduction
Filipinos are also known as very creative and patient, waste materials like hair strands from parlors, used papers and plastics from our junk foods take a

long time to compose indiscriminately. To solve the problem minimizing waste in the environment the proponents look for the possible alternative ways, one of these which is making of hope decorations out of these waste materials and the best example of that is the Eco - Nonbiojuper Frame that shows love to the environment.

Methodology
Materials Rulers Non Biodegradable Materials such as plastics Varnish A. Collection and Preparation of Materials. Used papers are gathering and tear into small pieces; junk food wrappers are cleaned and dried. Some other non biodegradable plastics can be also used. B. Procedure in Making the Decoration 1. Get the illustration board with a size of 2. In the illustration board paste the pieces of used paper then varnish it. This will serve as the background. 3. Statement of the Problem

Specifically the study seek answers the following question? 1. What is the method used in making the decorations? 3. Are they attractive? 4. Is the project the real answer to our present environment problem?

Hypothesis

Non biodegradable like plastics, hair strands, and papers can be use as decoration at home or designs in office, folders, walls and many more.

Significance of the study

This study is significant for the following reasons: 1. The discarded non biodegradable materials, used papers and junk foods wrappers can be raw materials in making nice and cheap decorations. 2. That this study is an encouragement for small time for small time business. 3. That this business entails small amount of capital.

Results and Findings

There are several that was made by the researcher. Each trial resulted differently/There are the result and findings of the said trials. Scope and Limitations

This is primarily concerned with used papers and junk food wrappers. It is done to be able to realize that we can do something valuable out of these discarded materials and use this knowledge to put certain business. The data presented are based on experimenting.
