As flagship of PBI professional IRD and HDTV processor series, DCH-5000P series provide users a high-level operation experience

on H.264 HD video processing to meet the requirements from the Digital TV broadcasting market which is transferring from MPEG-2 SD to H.264 HD today. The integrated decoder complies with MPEG-4 (AVC high profile level 4.1) and MPEG-2 (MP@ ML&MP@HL) standards, and support Dolby Digital audio decoding or downmix and passes through over SDI or AES-EBU or HDMI. DCH-5000P support various optional of reception for DVB-T2*1, DVB-S2/S, DVB-C, DVB-T, TS-over-IP, and ASI Input. Equipped with two CI slots, multi-descramble could be achieved by working with professional CAM modules. The descrambled stream could be delivered to the ASI output port directly, or to the built-in re-multiplexer, or to the IP Output port. Meantime, the decoded video and audio could be outputted via HDMI with one Dolby Digital audio pass-through or down-mixed PCM, or via HD-SDI with two Dolby Digital audio and down-mixed embedded, or via YPbPr component interface, or via CVBS plus stereo audio output. The built-in re-multiplexer could accept transport streams from tuner, two ASI inputs, IP input, and the descrambled stream from CI slot, and output stream could be highly customized thanks to the user-configurable regeneration of PSI/SI tables. Moreover, fully PCR re-mapping, re-use the original NIT or re-generate a new NIT, TS parameters modifications such as TSID, Network ID, and ONID are fully supported on DCH-5000P. User could take full control and surveillance via Webpage or HDMS (SNMP based network management software) or via the programmer unit locally. Note*1: DVB-T2 option is coming soon.
