NEXT SUNDAY is the Solemnity of Christ the King, and Youth Sunday. The 9.30 am Mass will be a Childrens Mass. It is the weekend of our Parish Showcase when all groups will have displays around the Church and everyone is encouraged to look round after Mass. Please bring display boards to Church on Friday or Saturday. NEW YOUTH CLUB for St. Josephs and St. Peters open this th coming Thursday 17 November, 7pm 8.30pm. Stephen Crainey from Blackpool Football Club has kindly agreed to open it and to join us for the evening. The youth club will take place every two weeks in our Hall. It is open to young people from Yr 6 upwards. Please take a flyer. FIRST HOLY COMMUNION (June 2012): There will be a meeting for parents with the Catechists and Fr. HOSPICE RAFFLE Mike Zammit has kindly donated 2 Christmas Cakes to be raffled with all proceeds going to the Hospice. Tickets will be on sale from this week after all Masses . RETIRING COLLECTION next Sunday will be for our Diocesan Youth Services, particularly Castlerigg Manor. Currently the Manor is looking to upgrade its facilities by means of matched funding and therefore needs to raise a good deal of money itself. Whatever you can give would be greatly appreciated.
