INDIAN PARLIAMENT ATTACKED BY

JEHADHI TERRORISTS
And the supreme court of India sentenced
him to death.
Afzal as a "menace to society"
And his "life should become extinct“
It further saw attack on Indian Parliament as
an act of war.
It said:
Whoever wages war against the Government of India
or attempts to wage such war,
or abets the waging of such war,
shall be punished with death
or imprisonment for life and shall
also be liable to fine

But was the order of the Supreme Court of

India carried out by UPA government?
