Boeing Commercial Airplanes is converting the existing product definition data from the veteran version Catia V4 to the new generation version Catia V5. Where initially the data will be migrated from the DIRRECT database to ENOVIA LCA database and then Converted from V4 to V5 to meet with Boeing standards and specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Worked as a team member. Conversion of 3D model from 2D diagram. Study of Inputs Boeing Design Manuals (BDM), Boeing Conversion manuals (BCM), Catia V4 Datasets, Input 2D Drawings. Modeling and Drafting of Components of Boeing 747-8 and Tools for Boeing commercial Airplane components in CATIAV5. Recreation of JELE parts. Quality check of data done by other members of our team delivery.

ACADEMIC PROJECT:
Topic: Design and analysis of Pulse Detonation Chamber with exit rotary valve. Description: In this project, there is an attempt made to increase detonation pressure in detonation chamber, which increases efficiency of the engine, by introducing exit rotary valve in the chamber. Both current and conceptual pulse detonation chamber are modeled and fuel-air flow analyzed. Then combustion parameters are calculated analytically. Results showed that there is increase in impulse density, detonation pressure in conceptual chamber. Software used: FLUENT (analyzing), CATIA v5 (modeling)
