PURPOSE: Online communication portal for facilitating creating awareness of the organization and its service as well as providing information on the services provided, operations and service delivery, to facilitating enquiries from both potential volunteers and potential elderly citizen members, to facilitate registrations by both interested volunteers and interested elderly citizen

COMPOSITION: Consists of information about the organization: the background, the purpose, the service provided, the support provided and the organizations contact details. Also consists of online registration forms for both interested volunteers and interested elderly citizen. The website should also have an embedded payment system which can facilitate when members or non members would like to make a donation to the organization.

DERIVATION: from examples of other organizations website who offer similar services such as the ones used for reference

FORMAT AND PRESENTATION: Prototype of the website will be provided to the project team for feedback and usability testing before it is launched

Purpose: The major purpose of having a database is to organize, store and retrieve information effectively and efficiently.

Composition: consists of information about the organization (background, service provided, aims, objective and goal), information about staffs (staff id, name, address, phone number), information of elderly citizen(id, name, sex, contact details and preferences),information about volunteers(id, name ,sex, contact details and preferences) and registration form.

Derivation: Survey on the user needs (elderly citizens) and research from another organization who offers similar service. (Dial-a-ride).

Format and Presentation:the database design which will be prototyped using a class diagram to show planned data and the way they will linked in the database.

1. Correctness: Are the modeled aspects correct with the given requirements 2. Consistency: Are the modeled aspects free of contradictions? 3. Level of details: Is the details in the database appropriate? 4. Completeness: With regard to the requirement, is the schema complete? 5. Minimal: Is the database modeled without redundancies? 6. Ability of integration: does the database suit organization standard or modeling 7. Readability: Are all term used in the schema explained?
