$500.00 at the New York dinner on Park
Avenue this February. We also have

who are not located where BLV is currently

2011 Sponsor Program DU is Flocking to Black Lab Vodka

Waterdog Spirits, LLC (Black Lab Vodka) and Zeppa Studios, LLC have paired up to
offer a special Fundraising Program for non-profit organizations, such as Ducks
Unlimited.

How it works

DU Chapters who purchase bottles of Black Lab Vodka from a local or on-line retailer to serve and/or
auction/raffle off at a fundraising event will receive from Waterdog Spirits & Zeppa Studios a donation
package based on that purchase. (Items are pictured on the following page.)

3-5 Bottle Package - Set of 6 Waterdog Glasses (will mix 2/4 on request)

(NOTE: While we have structured the program to work on a per purchase basis, chapters reserve the right to utilize their purchase
and corresponding package as they see fit...for instance you may purchase 6 bottles, receive the 6 bottle package and split the
bottles and items between a couple events. Area managers who are centrally purchasing BLV for multiple chapter events must
specify how many bottles they have allocated to each event.)

If you confirm your participation a month in advance, you may request which items and designs to use,
otherwise, its our choice. Waterdog Spirits & Zeppa Studios also reserve the right to make product sub-
stitutions, if necessary.

We ask that the Chapter send back a brief fund raising report that will help us design future programs.

Local Ducks Unlimited Chapters in Virginia, Maryland, Rhode Island, Delaware, New York, Massachu-
setts, Connecticut, Idaho and Alaska have benefited from this Program with great success.

We held an awesome banquet on Sat-
urday, October 16th. With help from
generous donors, such as Waterdog
Spirits, we were able to increase
our net-net profits by 15% this year.
While other chapters around us
are folding due to difficulty in fundrais-
ing and canceling dinners due
to low ticket sales, our chapter contin-
ues to grow. We pride ourselves in
providing a TOP NOTCH banquet by
continuing to create innovative fund-
raising ideas and to utilize today's best
advertising methods. It seems that
Waterdog Spirits is doing the same.
Now our committee and 450 banquet
guests know about your product and
generosity.

DUCK BLIND WINES
A DUCKS UNLIMITED EVENT SHOW STOPPER

PROGRAM OUTLINE
(program as described is available for 40+ states/other options are being developed
for states outside the current program parameters)

Zeppa Studios, LLC (a DU supporter in affiliation with Black Lab Vodka) has designed and
developed the Duck Blind Wine Program for use by Ducks Unlimited Fundraisers. Not only are
our selections, a 2009 Pinot Grigio (awarded 98 point s, Best of California , a double gold and gold medal win-
ner) and Fusion Red (an except ional blend of Merlot 38%, Zinfandel 38%, Syrah 23%, Pet it e Sirah less t han 2%) in
their distinctive Duck Blind bottles the perfect wine to serve at DU functions, but they also make
great auction/silent auction/raffle items alone or in gift baskets. Who is not going to want to take
some home?

Zeppa Studios has arranged with a California winery for private label Duck Blind Wine to be
available to DU Chapter Events in almost every state. (contact us for limitations) For a single, all
inclusive fee (wine, applicable taxes, packaging and shipping to a business address) of $203.88 per 12 bottle
case (winery minimum shipment, mixed red & white ok, equals 16.99 per bottle), a
Chapters desired quantity will be delivered for that event(s).

In addition, Chapters requesting 2-3 cases are eligible to receive from
Zeppa Studios a hand painted terracotta wine cooler which (especially
when paired with a bottle) makes another great auction/raffle item. (additional
designs may be available-Lab in Marsh shown)

Chapters ordering 4-6 cases are eligible to receive a set of 6 hand
decorated Waterdog crystal wine glasses. These 17.3 oz. glasses can
serve either reds or whites. (Chapters ordering more than 6 cases for a single
event...contact us for options.)

All a Chapter has to do is place their order by phone, fax, email or
regular mail with us at least one month prior to their event . (To be safe/we wouldnt want
you not to get the wine in time!) All orders should include the Chapter contact info, a business ship to ad-
dress (adult signature is required), the name and date of the event, payment for the quantity ordered
(check payable to Zeppa Studios or we do accept major credit cards) and any special instructions. We can
provide order forms on request.

Chapters taking advantage of the Duck Blind Wine program are still welcome to participate in the
Black Lab Vodka program even for the same event.

The Duck Blind Wine label is provided for use by DU fundraising
and Duck Blind Wines are not available from any retail locations.
