PIN TABLE FOR CHECKS, STRIPS AND PATTERNS

PROBLEMS
Matching of checks and stripes in the garment production has always been difficult and time consuming. Traditional methods tend to waste a lot of material, since the patterns are cut out with a blocking tolerance. The task of rearranging the blocked out patterns is tedious and expensive. The workers involved in this process have to be skilled.

SOLUTIONS
The patented VEITH SYSTEM PIN TABLE consists of a slotted aluminum top and Needle-Bars underneath. Each Needle-Bar has pins positioned inside the slots of the table top. The Needle-Bars can be moved freely along the length of the table. I.e. they can be positioned exactly according to the matching conditions of the marker. The height of the pins can be adjusted with the turn of a hand-wheel. So the spreading and pinning is convenient, fast and avoids tension in the lay package. Each pin can be individually locked down, i.e. only the needed quantity of pins have to be used. Each pin has a rounded top, which avoids damages to the fabric, i.e. with our special pins we can pin the fabric inside the piece area and produce the quality, where it is needed, and not outside in the waste region The PIN TABLE is an abstract copy of the marker

Standard table size 170cm x 404 cm Extra widths 184, 198, 212, 226 and 240 cm available. Length is adjustable with 2m modules. Needle diameter is colour coded (1.0, 1.4, 1.8 mm). Height of needle up to 10cm. Extra fine needle with 0.6mm available

NEEDLE PLATES

It is a very useful utility, which helps you to fix lays including the MARKER or the PATTERN. Its needles - coming from above - keep the whole lay from distortion of its single ply. This is especially important for the transport of the lay and for the cutting operation itself.

Due to its maximum depth of penetration of 45 mm, higher lays are easily prevented from distorting. Its special design allows you to build up a very stable tower of NEEDLE PLATES while not using them.

The cutting quality is improved when employing the NEEDLE PLATE, as it stays in the lay during the cutting operation. Its simple handling allows a quick setting as well as changing of position. The NEEDLE PLATE has very fine needles thus permitting you to use it for practically every possible kind of cloth

The tables are robust and of high quality. Slabs 30 mm thick are used. These are covered on both sides with plastic 0.9 mm thick. Even at extreme air humidity and high outside temperatures, warping of the table is almost impossible. The slab core is highly compressed. The individual table segments are assembled into a complete table by means of precision-drawn aluminum special profile sections. The PVC sealed edges prevent threads catching and pulling even with sensitive materials. Thanks to its modular design, expansion of the TexTable is an easy matter at any time. Assembling time is reduced to a minimum. Screw able legs with vibration-damping underlay make it possible for the table to be aligned easily and evenly and its height adjusted to compensate for uneven floors. The height adjustment range is 100 mm. It can also be easily set to the same level as existing spreading tables. The under-frame, with a scratchproof powder coating and no sharp edges, has an unlimited service life. TEX TABLE AIR

Air-cushion tables guarantee a continuous flow of material and prevent complete layer groups being pulled out of position. The low-noise blower unit beneath the spreading table is activated at the push of a button. The air it generates is conducted through a ducting system directly to the ring nozzles in the table top. Depending on the working width and height of the layer group one blower unit will suffice for tables from five to eight metres length. The high-quality brass ring nozzles are wear free. These nozzles emit the air as a ring and at an optimum angle. This creates an air cushion which spreads out over the entire surface of the table. At even just a few centimetres above the surface of the table the air cushion can no longer be felt.
